Any new member joining the gym at the moment won’t be able to use the facilities due to security issues with the access cards - no one will tell you this when you join. Your emails will be ignored and no one will let you know what is happening. I am on my second consecutive week of not being able to use the gym during my available time. No one can tell me when it will be fixed. I cancelled another gym membership as Jetts Forest lakes is more convenient. It’s a regret joining and a regret cancelling my old gym membership as now I’m up for another joining fee at another gym. Don’t join thinking you can use the gym outside the staffed hours.

My wife and I have been going to Jetts Forest Lakes for years. They have excellent management and an amazing environment to work out on your own or in a group. The staff are very friendly and approachable.

Jetts Forest Lakes is a wonderful gym to workout in. The environment is clean and well presented but also very positive. For someone who disliked going to the gym as it felt stressful, moving to this Jetts was the best decision for my confidence. The equipment is well kept and the gym is spacious enough to do a variety of different workouts. Rachel the gym manger is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of all of my goals. Michael the PT is very friendly also. A warm, supportive and GREAT GYM! highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter where they are on their fitness journey :)

I have been a member of Jetts Forest Lakes for a number of years now. The gym itself is clean and well equipped. They also have number of great group classes throughout the week. I think what sets it apart from other gyms, however, is the staff and it's inclusive culture. It doesn't really matter who you are or your fitness level, they ensure you feel welcome and are always happy to have a chat or give advice.

2 people in our house tried to cancel our memberships, they drew out both cancellations resulting in further payments being taken from our accounts suggesting errors in communication and needing managers approval. I’d avoid them if re joining a gym

I go at 4am and it's nice and quiet. It's always clean and equipment is always useable.
