The previous reviews of the worst staff are spot on. And my experience was with a drive through today. After informing them of my order the lady at the other end directed me to go to counter #1 for collection of my order. As you drive through counter #2 comes first where apparently you have to pay for your order. The lady at this counter I assume is the same rude person taking orders at the other end. I stopped my car at counter 2 and waited but this rude person ignored me and was simply taking orders from other cars behind me in the drive through. So I drove to counter #1 after waiting a minute assuming that I had to pay at the second counter as the lady had already told me to go to counter #1. However when I reached the counter I was told that they don't accept payment at this counter and I should have paid at the previous counter. They told me to drive all the way back through, no apologies whatsoever. So I simply drove out. Will never go to this horrible place again!

I don't eat junk food or animal products, so I've never had the need to go to a McDonald's before today. I was out in the car with my reactive dog who I cannot take into cafes, and I hadn't had breakfast or my morning coffee. I opted to go through this drive-through. It's my first time ever buying anything from a McDonald's. I ordered a black coffee. That's all I wanted! Plain, black coffee! I drove all the way home and removed the lid prior to drinking any, and there was milk in the coffee. Not only am I allergic to dairy, but I am also vegan. Never again will I ever go to a McDonald's. I get that mistakes happen, but this could have made me very ill as I'm allergic to dairy!

Shop was overwhelmed buy take-away drivers and their priority orders & teenagers serving teenagers whom they clearly already have befriended. Waited over 20mins for a cheese burger & some nuggets, which i only got after having to complain to a manager

Food is decent - good thing about McDonalds, is you (almost) always know what you're gonna get quality wise. This McDonalds in particular though never gets the order right. There is always something missing in the order, and I end up having to go back in. The atmosphere is also weird with a constant queue of very unhappy looking deliveroo/ubereats/justeat drivers. So if you're a walk-in getting takeaway, it's not a nice place to be standing and waiting.

I used to come to this branch all the time. It has become shockingly slow in terms of speed of service. Stood waiting at the counter approx 10pm, no queue, had to ask to be served as nobody directing front of house!!!

Fast service, food was fresh and tasty, restaurant was clean and staff were friendly

This is a small outlet with ample space for parking. This is a drive through outlet and waiting time is very less...Outside space is also available...

The only MacDonalds my grand daughter will eat at. She reckons the food is best here. Good service and kept clean. Can usually get a space in the car park

Sorry guys I must be in a minority. I HATE soggy, tepid burgers ... although I must say the coffee is pretty good and most of the colleagues do a good job. Also, this used to be fast food .... not any more ... waited 15 minutes for or order because of all the just eaters, deliveroos etc.

Usually very quick and efficient, Better value if you use the receipt and use McD Food for thoughts and you get a Big Mac and fries for £2.99

Great Snooker Club, nearly around 30 to 35 tables, 2 Floors. Good and wide playing area. The tables are in good conditon and sticks are also very well maintained. Recomended for Snooker Lovers.
