The food's great as always. It's just the service. Hope the workers know they can smile it's not a crime to. If you don't like your job then keep it between you and your manager no need to say infront of us to random men 'why did you not give me a job? I'm working here because of you'. The tanned tall girl with a low bun and her face plastered in makeup honestly needs to get a grip. Like the daggers I got from her the whole time I was there, the pathetic looks while I was eating. I definitely won't be coming back to this unprofessional place. Ruined my experience and made me uncomfortable. Typical Asian girls doing the most to ruin another girl's day!!!

Decided to try after reading negative reviews… Staff is very nice - no questions Food really is not good, overcooked fries, undercooked chicken, 10 more minutes and this chicken would have walk away from this shop with me… Not much sauce with chicken, always had much more of it Rice which is supposed to be spicy - barely spicy and I have to note here that I’m not a fun of a spicy food… Would go to another Pepe’s..

I’m a pepes fan but this branch is so bad. I have tried it twice and both occasions the sit in area is FREEZING to begin with! So when the food comes out it’s cold within 5mins. Either they give reheated chips or they overcook it horrible. Stingy with the chicken in my burger there was more lettuce than chicken, half the burger was a lettuce burger. Staff hate working there you can tell. They need to hire happier staff then the food would be better & turn the heating on it’s minus and they will have you sitting in feeling like your still outside!

Ordered mozzarella sticks and didn't receive them. Asked for non peri fries and they were drowned in peri salt. Tried phoning the shop they didn't pick up. Extremely disappointed.

I went here after one of fellow worker referred , i was thrilled with my experience there how friendly the staff was ,They offer me everything and i am on big confusion to choose but one of the staff referred their new items and i opted for hot and spicy quesadilla which is absolutely delicious,The only thing i felt was when i ask their garlic mayo recepie they ignored it lol😂 But here on i can add this in to my fav places to have spicy food❤️

Called to see if they would deliver food and the manners of the young female staff member were atrocious. She actually hung up on me and I called back to clarify if they did deliveries, but willl not be using them ever again. Disgusted.

Very good food amazing chicken. Also very fair prices. I had the chicken and rice box it was packed with flavour chips not soggy the perfect amount of peri salt on them. Also staff are very friendly amazing atmosphere would recommend to anyone in the area one of the best pepes I’ve ever had

My son (17 yrs old) has worked at pepes (Thornliebank Glasgow branch) during his school holidays and NOT been paid as expected. After multiple contacts they didn’t reply or allowed to spk to the manager even. When I contacted them (as his dad) and after exchange of multiple messages and even meeting them in person they didn’t bother to pay him. After threatening to report them they then paid him the minimum wage which is again a discrimination towards him as his other peers have been paid a different amount. It’s a horrible place to work, they are very rude and discriminative. Plz do not send children to work there. This is child slavery. I am going report them to council and to agencies for discrimination and child slavery. It’s hard to digest that in 21st century we are still living with people who are promoting child slavery. Went to get food, food was alright as usual. But what surprised me was the time it took for the food to actually be ready. Normally I’d be waiting for time but the new staff are superb! The person at the till was very nice and helpful to me. Overall the best experience at pepes Thornliebank!

A regular here, always top tier food and service with friendly staff. Ahmed behind the counter is the goat. Never had any complaints

Ordered here from Uber eats it was accepted and a driver went to the venue, they 45 minutes later cancelled the order. A total disgrace of a place
