    Having struggled to stick with any form of exercise regime in the past, reaching out to Saadiah was the turning point for me and one of the best decisions I've ever made, I'm fitter, stronger and have more energy but I've also learned a lot along the way in terms of nutrition and eating habits. When I started I felt like it was just about losing weight but it's become so much more, education, motivation and inspiration. My body is changing for the better along with my mindset. If you're overwhelmed and wondering where to start. It's with Saadiah. Lovely person to be around and she genuinely cares about your progress, she won't let you crumble and she checks in, holds you accountable, never judges and gives you the pep talk you need when you're struggling. Just drop her a message and go for it. You will not regret it!

    Saadiah is my first Personal Trainer and I can't recommend her enough. I have never being much of a gym enthusiast as I have always found them intimidating places. I had been on a weight loss journey on my own for nearly 2 years before working with Saadiah and I had lost 6 stone but had then found that I really needed to firm up having lost some muscle tone. I then decided to take the plunge and look for a PT. So finding Saadiah has been tremendous. I've been training with her for nearly 4 months now and she has always demonstrated her professionalism and knowledge during our sessions together and has always been supportive and uplifting in her daily posts. I've lost a further 8 pounds and I'm delighted with the progress that has changed my body to a more slimmer, stronger and toned version of myself. Saadiah has shown me the way to help keep me motivated and to also think about helping me stay focosed on staying mentally strong too. She's a star. Thank you Saadiah 👍

    Been with Saadiah for the past 12 weeks on the trim and tone at home programme and cannot recommend her enough! One to one guidance and a personalised approach based on individual lifestyle. I had fallen out of exercising and my weight was not budging. In 12 weeks with Saadiah's support and guidance, i managed to lose 5kg and 20 inches off my body. Definitely feel more toned and will continue with what I've learnt. Plus point is, i still eat sweets but in proportion.

    Saadiah has been great. I started about 2 month ago and I have lost 4kg. She's been great at motivating me and has proved to me that you can lose weight and enjoy the process as well !!

    Saadiah always has fun workouts planned and motivates you to achieve your best. She's always keeping in touch through WhatsApp to help me plan my week's workouts, foods, activity and other goals. She's always helpful in looking over my food diary and suggesting upgrades which helps build better habits. My body shape is already reflecting my weight loss and I feel motivated to continue with Saadiah in my journey to better habits and a healthier lifestyle! Cannot recommend her enough!!

    Saadiah was an amazing trainer. I lost 11 pounds in 3 months with seeing her twice a week; I am so happy with the results and feel alot more confident in my own skin. She is very friendly and provides a great service even during covid times! Daily check ins on whatsapp and food diaries were a massive help for me. The food plan and workouts were easy to follow as well as being fun to do! I didnt even feel like i was dieting. Overall I had a great few months with Saadiah and would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

    I would highly recommend Saadiah to help women in their weight loss journey. I am a busy mum and was finding it very difficult to lose the weight I had gained after having my kids. Saadiah created a plan which worked around my family and lifestyle which included personal training sessions in my garden and also over zoom. She offers great nutritional advise (I never felt like I was on a diet) and also is in daily contact to keep me motivated and on track. In 4 weeks I lost 2.5kg and 17cm of body fat and have continued to lose weight at a stead pace every month. Thanks for helping me get back to feeling like my old self again!

    Been going to Sadiah for 8 months and I have lost 4.5 stone! She is honestly amazing makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. This has been the best decision I have ever made, I love attending the sessions and leaving feeling very proud of how far I have came and wouldn't of done it without her! Thanks Sadiah x
