Yall used to be open 24/7 now closing at 10 and 8 is crazy, at the very least yall can just keep it at 12 AM throughout the whole week, buddy passes used to be allowed for members with Premium and now it's only for Plus members.. also crazy. Anual renewal fee, also crazy. Sounds greedy as hell to me and don't even mention that in yall advertisements, but then again why would you? Besides that I can't complain about the somewhat good variety of workout equipment. The staff are very cool, though. If I can find a new gym nearby open 24/7 with steam, sauna, pool and stuff like that I would be gone in a snap

Love this place the energy is great classes they have are amazing and the staff is super friendly and very attentive to the facility great job to the managers in both places Erika is awesome and runs things well and for kids care side well let's just say I am VERY cautious who I leave my children with Lorena is wonderful with my children and in everything she does there she even helps in front as well just goes to show when you have someone who can move between all aspects of the job and excel at it keep them!! Both deserve a raise as they make this gym run!!!

Pretty decent gym. They have a good area for squats and deadlifts, and an abundance of machines, dumbbells, and equipment. The gym can be fairly busy especially in the afternoons. My main gripe with Chuze is the way their membership works. You can pay 16 a month and cancel whenever you want, but if you want the 9.99 then you have to sign a contract for 12 months and they have a yearly charge for gym upkeep. This is the part you need to be careful of because they make it difficult to cancel (I would recommend going in person to fill out the required papers). If you don't get the membership cancelled on time, you can be charged a ton of money for the upkeep cost. In comparison, Crunch fitness has a non contract membership and I found it far easier to cancel with them than with Chuze. Additionally, Crunch had far more power racks which are important to have in excess.

I didn’t actually get a membership here but i did speak to this super cute girl at the desk w lashes and red hair super nice and helpful honest and just all around nice. A common issue is you go to the gym and everyone’s indifferent and intimidating and youre turned off by the vibes but everyone here seemed nice i would get a membership here if it wasnt so busy :)

Not only is the facility extremely clean with nice equipment, but the staff is extremely genuine and accommodating. This is one of the better gyms I’ve been to and have no doubt on my mind that these individuals impact the lives of the locals who do have the pleasure of working out here.

There is a person on the reception, called Erica, it comes out she is the manager. The ruddest and most not friendly, not welcoming person in the entire gym. She is rude, often act disturbed if you see her , entering the gym. On the few occasions I asked for elastic band she acted extremely annoying, disturbed and bothered my my presence and request. Definitely not welcoming. She acts entitled and above others. It's very unpleasant. She made me wait several times without doing anything, the bands are usually collected under the reception desk. She responds rudely and annoyingly demonstrate that you are not welcome. I honestly got this gym by exception. Definitely not going to renew my subscription. To avoid being treated as enemy and garbage, I purchased my own elastic bands, just to avoid hostility and rudeness. I don't think that anyone deserves that in the end of their working day. I only give it 2 points because the gym is clean. The ladies toilets are usually extremely dirty and stick horrible. The water fountain is usually very dirty and full of hair - all of them. Not exactly the best.

The first time I was coming to this gym I really loved it. About a year in I realized they were double charging my bank account. So I brought it to their attention, and it took about three months to get resolved, and all they did was cancel one of them and give me a month refund. Why would anybody be paying for two gym memberships for just themselves? So I left this gym. I ended up coming back here about 3 months ago. Now I am unable to get into the door that takes you to the sauna, steam room, and pool hot tub. Last week I let them know this happened the 3 times that I was here. And someone sitting in the hit tub had to keep letting me in the door. So this morning I go and let them know again it won’t let me in the door and the girl just laughed and said yeah that’s been an issue lately for some ppl. I said, how can we fix that and she said the maintenance guy fixes that. I said, does he not come in very often and she said yes he’s here every day. I said so they aren’t going to fix it? And she said I’m not sure maybe they just need apart and laughed again. Then said maybe they can fix it soon. Have a good day. My membership pays for me to be able to access that. But she pretty much said oh well.🤷🏻‍♀️
