No sauna, no pool, no hot tub. They do have a big spa area with hydromassage chairs, hidromassage bed, tanning beds and spa, a special dedicated place to relax. The gym has central area for cardio and bike's and stairs, and side areas separated in body muscle groups. Areas for abbs, shoulders and chest. It was clean. They Wes very kind, polite and friendly lady on the reception. She let me try the bed 🛏️ hidromassage. It was good, had video, music and games. Also had two language English and Spanish. It was clean inside of the gym. Restroom cloud desire bit more cleaning. It is not bad. If you don't use pool or sauna this could be a great solution. Reasonable prices.

Scammers just want your money. I tried to cancel the same day I signed up for a membership because I didn’t think the facility suited my needs and the guy at the front desk said I would receive a full refund and NOT be charged anything. 2 months later and of course I see two charges on my account for the full billing cycle. Called the manager and she repeated the same thing about their systems and billing cycle blah blah. They can’t even get their story straight. Worst gym experience I’ve had in the neighborhood.

This branch is awesome. The girl that works in there is professional and helpful. The members of the gym seem decent and reputable people. No profanity, no awkwardness and pretty quite people. Decent exercise machines and rest rooms. Much classier than the one in northern Denver, that's across the street from Wal-Mart.

I've been coming here pretty regularly now for about a month. The equipment is clean, I've only ever seen one machine out of service, and it's usually not too busy (I go Weekday mornings). Honestly, for the price - it's a great option

The place is clean and has plenty of machines. They had several classes listed on the website and in the app. But none were available because they didn't currently have a trainer on staff. None of the PF facilities in the area had one and from talking with staff on the phone, it seems to be a regular thing. If you're ok starting out and working out on your own, it's a great place at a great value. But because it has been a while for me, and because I injured (slightly) my last shoulder there (that I was trying to help in the first place), I felt I really needed some additional instruction that was simply not available in any of the northern suburbs of Denver.

Aside from their Female Manager, the majority of the Staff have been straight boots, inexperienced and lazy. Lately though, since they've gotten their female Manager, it seems like things are improving foe the better. Proud of the team she's put together. I can't remember her name though, Vanessa or Abigail? The current female GM, Well done

It's always clean and never overcrowded no matter what time of day I go. The staff is very friendly and every person who goes to workout keeps to themselves. I really love my gym!

Love this location my favorite and ive been to almost every location from brighton, wesminster, downtown denver, lakewood, longmont, and littleton. , the equipment is updated, Smith machine is smoother as well and is diagonal. Nice for deadlifts and hip thrusts the bar goes all the way down right above floor. It doesn't bottom a foot high. Most days open 24hrs. Clean. Great gym best out of all the location. Only thing missing is Oblique machine
