We
went
through
the
drive
thru
and
had
our
order
submitted
at
8:33.
We
had
a
big
order
so
we
were
understanding
when
they
had
us
pull
forward.
Around
8:55,
we
began
to
wonder
where
our
order
was.
We
didn’t
go
in
earlier
because
multiple
workers
looked
at
us
and
we
assumed
they
would
try
to
figure
out
why
there’s
still
a
car
waiting.
At
9:05
we
went
in
and
we
overheard
a
worker
say
they
thought
we
were
from
the
car
waiting,
which
shows
that
they
knew
we
were
waiting
for
something,
yet
did
nothing.
We
told
them
how
long
we’ve
been
waiting
and
that
we
wanted
an
update
on
where
the
order
was.
They
grabbed
a
manager,
he
took
our
receipt,
said
that
it’d
be
out
shortly,
and
then
disappeared.
We
didn’t
get
an
apology,
a
coupon,
a
mention
of
a
refund
or
anything
and
by
the
time
we
got
our
order
all
we
got
was
a
“sorry”
from
the
bagger.
I
get
mistakes
happen,
but
no
one
tried
to
fix
or
mend
the
situation,
and
despite
the
workers
knowing
we
waited
30
minutes
for
the
order,
they
still
gave
us
half
filled
fries.
I’m
disappointed
in
this
Chick-fil-A,
I’ve
never
had
this
happen
at
the
Orchard
location,
and
I’ve
never
had
such
a
bad
customer
service
experience.
