Instead the store was dead. The bathroom had no tp just napkins to use and it smelled bad. The service was slow for just one breakfast sandwich. Only have one woman making the orders. The other 3 people just standing around. The manager (big and tall) guy was on his phone outside the door yelling and cussing at someone one his phone. Very unprofessional. There was only one woman there that was nice. Older lady who normally does the drive thru.

We ordered tacos, and we asked that we should not have meat in it, but there is meat. We ordered wedges and curly fries, but there are potato fries in both, even in wedges

I paid 16 dollars for a sourdough jack, I ordered another meat patty, however they forgot to add another slice of cheese. For 16 dollars they robbed me, please do better.

I literally don't know how this went so wrong. Talk to a Lady with glasses as the cashier and three times she asked me a question for an option for my meal and I answered and she would re-ask me the question. She ended up getting so frustrated she called over another lady who acted annoyed with me and took my order. They also let me buy a drink while knowing their machine on the floor does not work. Tried to not give me the cup first and then I had to ask for it. So two opportunities there for me to be told that their drink machine doesn't work. Once I got my order or what part of my order I could get, found that they really just shoved a bunch of stuff in a bag. I luckily got three tenders but got a mix of whatever fries they wanted to put in there. I also saw a woman literally make a sandwich a single piece at a time and look at it from the side after every single piece. No wonder there was such a line and then drive through and also inside. All the people inside. Definitely had to wait some time to even be addressed.

The meal was prepared and the manager said it will be a few minutes because everything is made fresh. These fries were fresh. No heatlamp soggy fries. Burger was fresh. Finally, a hot meal cooked in front of my eyes. Great place guys. Will be seeing you more often. Will recommend to anyone. An A-plus job.

Terrible service. The staff sees you and completely ignores you. Some of them are rude and have zero personality. Waited in line and other customers ordered ahead of me because the staff didn’t acknowledge other people standing in line. I come to this location frequently because it’s near my house but the service just continues to get worse. Sadly it’s the norm for fast food these days so I’m not surprised at the lack of customer service. And even after knowing my order had been ignored and helped customers before me, they still did not bother to help me. There’s clearly zero accountability from management and it shows.

This store is an absolute joke. Got a door dash order where it specifically said to go to the drive thru, a message from the store. After waiting 25 mins to get to the speaker they were extremely rude and said they absolutely would not help me and I need to go inside. So after another 30 mins of waiting for the 2 cars in front of me I was finally able to go inside where surprise, the order was still not ready. I will absolutely not be returning to this location

Food was delicious, but it’s hard to leave a 5 star when every time I go something is wrong with my order, weather it’s missing burgers, or shakes made wrong. I’ve only ever picked up my items, so maybe din-in is a lot better about that.
