Terrible experience. I was using Hilltop Dental in Thornton for years. It all went downhill when bought by Perfect Teeth. Appointments cancelled repeatedly. I finally had an appointment today at 2 that wasn’t cancelled before hand. I showed up at Hilltop 15 minutes before my appointment to find a note on the door that all appointments today had been moved to another location and to call that location and tell them I was on my way. I called and spoke to two people at the call center who both told me that the other location closes at 2. I asked how that is possible when my confirmation text from the dentist THIS MORNING told me they’d see me at 2. My appointment was looked up and they canceled it right after that text went out and NEVER TOLD ME! This is the second time I’ve actually taken time off work to go to the dentist and had it canceled. Never again! Stay far away. Even this sign says the location is on 104th and Federal, but the address is for 104th and York. Which are MILES apart. The level of incompetence is staggering.

This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. They constantly cancel appointments and are unreachable. I finally went in and spoke with the receptionist and she said they don't have a hygenist for cleanings. Ummmm you're a dental office. When I told her that I thought this place was very weird, she agreed. Don't waste your time going there.

Dr G is the best! She did my cleaning today and was super gentle and did my exam at the same time. I know it’s not typical but that speaks to what kind of dentist she is. Dentist don’t usually do cleanings yet she did mine bc I needed it. She a sweet lady and does a great job.

Absolutely love Dr Gallagher and MiKayla. My crown broke and I went into the office to see if they could help tell me what I could take over the counter to help with the immense pain. I didn’t expect them to get me in right away to look at me but that is what they did! They referred me to a root canal dr and I was able to get in the next day and from there the pain was gone. They were absolutely phenomenal handling my issue and I highly recommend them.

Charlie is really good. He was so pleasant, efficient, and very skilled. This office is clean, modern, and up to date with tech and tools. Recommended for their attention to making you feel welcomed and comfortable.

I have been coming here for a couple of years. Very professional, great experience. Charlie did my teeth cleaning and he was friendly and thorough. I feel like they are straightforward and honest and not trying to “upsell” me on different procedures. Much better than my last office!

They said they will completely fix all my dental problems before my insurance ended which was 2 months. My insurance time ended and didn’t fix my teeth in time. Such money hungry people. I have not been able to bite on one side and they overfilled on the other side. The staff there are rude and not welcoming. I don’t suggest this place choose another one.

I’ve been a satisfied client of Hilltop Dental Care for 15 years now, but I must say that this is is the most organized, professional, caring and friendly staff that I have seen in the practice since I started receiving dental care there!
