Ordered the reuben panini to go, smelled great in the car. Got home and the sandwich is 90% bread with two slices of pastrami in it. I didn't pay for two slices of meat, very disappointed in the quality of the product

Got a salad filled with rotted lettuce. Almost all of the green lettuce had black rotted lettuce stuck to it. Super slimy black rotted lettuce paste 🤢🤮. Now I have no food and I wasted my lunch break on this. Also been on hold for a refund for over 10 minutes. When I finally got through. The manager would not even let me complain before talking over me with “ma’am ive refunded your food” with a big attitude. Its like dude come on, what happened to being able to file a complaint when a restaurant does a bad job? Apparently not this place, they are perfectly fine servicing quite subpar food and are surprised when a customer is upset. I would eat elsewhere.

First experience was amazing. It has a very home/warm/inviting feel to it. Several bread choices. Different daily soup choices, chicken tortillas was perfect. Great portions and prices. Staff was fast, friendly, and patient (we were slow deciding and I asked a lot of questions).

Three of us ordered soup. They were out of tomato, cheese broccoli in bun was great, corn chowder tasted good but was lukewarm, chicken noodle was warm and was just OK- would have been better hot. Overall impression was lukewarm like the chowder.

The food was so delicious and this razzleberry smoothie rocked my world!! Definitely recommend and will be coming back :)

Cute building and fun gifts inside to look over while also drooling over the treats! Got a croissant sandwich and loved it, along with the pomegranate berry tea- also delicious. I’ve no complaints about service but while enjoying my lunch I overheard a customer asking the staff, “Isn’t the customer always right?” to which was not my experience here. I also don't think the customer is always right! I will be back to try the tarts!

Worst breakfast I think we’ve ever had. McDonald’s has better pancakes. The breakfast sandwich looked microwaved. The coffee was too hot to drink and ridiculously strong. THE staff was just as bad as the food! Oh the carrot cake was just bad too. The frosting was over sweet and grainy. The other treats looked like they’ve been sitting for months. The drive through was busy and they’ve probably never been inside. It was filthy. Just an absolutely awful experience in every way. Oh and the restroom wasn’t good either. The toilet shook and sprayed all over. Zero stars if it was an option

The food was great! My wife and I loved everything we ordered. The staff did an excellent job as well. Well maintained and designed dining area. I’m horrible with names but Shelly or maybe Shelby the assistant manager was a rockstar, along with the rest of the staff I interacted with. Thanks for the outstanding first experience. We’ll be back.

Veggie Avocado croissant sandwich Razzledazzle Smoothie. The sandwich was absolutely delicious with a flakey croissant. The moothie was a little too sweet for my taste preference, but blended very well. If you're in the mood for a healthy way to treat yourself. I would stop here

I love all the salads but I literally just waited in line through the drive-through 45 minutes for a turkey avocado salad and was late back to work this is always an issue! Also no avacado on my Turkey avocado salad! 😡

I wasn’t able to eat my cafe sandwich since the avocado was brown, and also didn’t have the other veggies I ordered on it. I did give 2 stars as their broccoli cheddar soup was pretty good.

If “zero” stars were an option, that would be my choice. I stopped here on my way home. Decided to go in. Two associates were at the door with a shopvac and a mop. The gentleman told me I could go “this way”. I told him I was fine, and walked straight ahead to the counter. Then as I am looking at the bread selection, the young lady steps in front of me. I didn’t say anything, and the gentleman proceeded to tell me “they have been trying to get this cleaned up all day”, and that is why he asked me to go around” (he didn’t ask me anything). I told him “If you do not want people to walk in, lock the door! “(if it were truly an emergency your customers would understand.) Needless to say, at this point I could not believe how rude he was. He then proceeds to tell me he was the manager, ( I didn’t ask). As I am now looking at the menu, he walks behind the register and asks to take my order. I order pay and leave. Never have I had a worse experience at a restaurant. And just to make this experience even better, this is what they call “soup”.Notice the spoon? Never ever again will they get my business.

I ordered breakfast catering for 40+ people at our office and the spread was really amazing. Everyone raved about the French Toast and Eggs. Everything was very fresh and simple to set up. I will definitely get breakfast catering from Kneaders Thornton again.

First time eating there. We usually get it catered to work and the food is good. Zero stars for service. It was 7pm yesterday. Nobody was paying much attention at all. The girl who took our order was chatting through the headset the entire time to the girl in the back. They made one sandwhich wrong then only brought my boyfriends we didn't even get our whole order until about 20 minutes later when we had to go ask for it. Then the same girl walked past me several times and refused to even acknowledge me when I was waiting to ask for a to go box. Didn't get the box just left

I found this place while scouring the map for a new place to try with a friend. I went an hour before closing to meet up with an old friend, and the ambiance was quite lovely. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The bakery smelled good, and it was nice and cozy. Our food was brought to us rather swiftly, and it was yummy! The strawberry tsunami smoothie was so good! It wasn’t too acidic or too sweet:) it was just right! Thank you.

We usually order pick up or delivery but we ordered in person this time. Service was great, food was good--nice to see different options on the menu. Free bread samples never hurt either. My kids love their French dip and kid menu options as well.

Lovely gifts to shop for and coves if food. Counter woman shouldn't make a career out of serving others. Not welcoming and didn't even try to be helpful when asked about a food item, just, I don't know... weny yo try one of the free sanomes at the counter and a guy came over looking at me like I was going tonsteal them all. Good concept, get better help and better coffee.

We have a breakfast and lunch cater event today at our branch for about 50 + people. When arriving at 7am to pick up breakfast everything was ready and waiting which was wonderful!! We had Lunch catered the same day and delivered to our location. Driver was on time. Food was great and fresh. Thank you for helping me cater this event.

My Turkey Cranberry on a croissaint was okay, but the whole time I kept thinking "I could of made this at home" for $11 and that's not necessarily a good thing. Sandwiches for lunch are a favorite of mine, but they need a wow. Something that reminds me why I DON'T make them at home.

The turkey bacon avocado sandwich was delicious and had well balanced flavors. My wife loved her salad with chicken and feta and raspberries.

I did not pay $11 for 1 slice of ham and cheese on a croissant. Even subway gives you more meat. This was my first time here and will definitely be my last.

6:30 pm and they are out of coffee, all coffee. No cash change. Never coming back. Pastry selection is weak too. Too bad, chain coffee it is. Edit - They reached out about this review and asked me to contact them, so I did and have nothing back from them. Another example of a company that doesn't understand good customer service.

I went at 7:40pm. I bought a salad and half of the actual salad mix was mealy and old. Also pretty expensive for a salad. I've had better experiences here in the early morning. Idk maybe night crew is slacking 🤷‍♀️
