The baristas are vivaciously upbeat and conversational! The warm-hearted customer service makes this location a treat to visit! I make sure to stop by whenever I’m in the area and am never disappointed by the drink quality or the lively experience you always get at the window! Employees at Dutch are always friendly, but this particular one always manages to brighten my day with how genuine the connections are between the staff and the customers.

i love this dutch bros so much. don’t get my wrong most locations are super friendly but this is the most convenient commitment for me and i always have a pleasant experience. being able to connect with the employees truly is the highlight of my day. my favorite part about going is when i don’t know what i want and ask for a suggestion they always give me exactly what i didn’t know i was in the mood for. and specifically to the person who drew a cow on my cup this evening- you really made my week. thank you. <3

We came into town from Missouri for an event and FINALLY got to try Dutch Bros, PLEASE come to Missouri!!! This coffee is so good and indescribable! We got the caramelizer, the nitro cold brew with dark chocolate and some strawberry smoothies. Delicious!!

We have never had this chain before and had a little anxiety choosing our options and some confusion on our order, but the double check process they had was perfect. Then when cashing out we had an issue with the card reader. We found out our card and account was fine later but at the time we figured out of town card got blocked. Either way they made sure we didn't hold up the line and got our coffee on the house. I know some businesses might see that as a loss, but that gesture alone guaranteed our return. Just wish we caught her name.

Wanted hot chocolate after a high-school football game. I dontcare for Starbucks but they were already closed anyway. We tried Dutch Bros and it was great. The staff was extremely friendly and we had a good conversation while waiting for our drinks. I highly recommend this location.

Love going to Dutch bros! The employees seem to really love working there. I come to Dutch bros from states away when I'm in town. The frozen coffee and hot latte were both great coffee.

The coffee was great, and even though the line was long when I went, the wait was incredibly short. And on top of that, staff were very nice and fun to talk to. Definitely gonna go again.

Went to Dutch Bros for first time and to say I am impressed being a Starbucks girl. The Carmel Brûlée Freeze far outways the fraps from Starbucks. Plus the cups are bigger and you get more for your money. The strawberry Rebel drink gives me vibes of the nightclub but virgin drink . So tasty! 😋 Beautiful design and zero mess

It's been a hit and miss lately. The coffee will be good at times and not so much other times. I have been to the mother state of dutch bros (Oregon) to Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. The problem is they always have new people (kids) making coffee, so sometimes it will be different than it was a week or days before. But I like how they teach the young to have fun, teamwork and social skills. Consistency would be nice though with the coffee.

Coming back to give 5 stars again just because I seriously love DB's absolutely my favorite. I've had hands full of good experiences with the people who work there. Extremely amazing customer service. Doesn't even matter which location, doesn't matter what state you're in. They're always wonderful, even if they occasionally stumble upon the common mishaps that happen with being human. They're still perfect.

We just moved here and came to get some coffee before unpacking. Our drinks were made iced instead of hot but they took care of us and were so nice about it! Gave us some New Year’s Eve suggestions and welcomed us to the area. We can’t wait for to make this our new coffee spot! :)

They make the best drinks and most fantastic staff! I know this is a thing for most locations but for us oldies it’s really hard to hear with the super loud music when I’m ordering. It’s it specific to this location so maybe it’s required that music be blasted like that but it’s so annoying when I’m trying to hear them. With that, totally worth it because even when they’re super busy this location is faster than any other Dutch Bros I’ve been to. Love them!

had an extremely unpleasant experience at Dutch Bros with the worker named Kieana. Despite my efforts to be patient, her rudeness was overwhelming. In frustration, I sought assistance from another worker. When I finally received my drink, the experience didn’t improve – Kieana shut the window forcefully. To my dismay, I later discovered hair and spit on the lid of my drink. This is completely unacceptable, and I hope the issue is promptly resolved.

I have been coming to this location for years, and I have always enjoyed my coffee, but the last few months my same drink I've been getting for years (golden eagle) has been wrong. I have even brought it up with the order taker, and the person at the window and it was still wrong. I don't know if they changed the recipe or what, but I'm so sad because it was my favorite coffee spot, but I don't think I can keep coming here to get nasty drinks.

It’s extremely rude and disrespectful for my barista to cut me off mid order and tell me to “hold that thought” and chit chat for five minutes at the drive through window just because another customer (who already got their order) wants to say “hi” 0/10 would not recommend. I only go here cuz the drive through is convenient.

I'm only giving four stars to the atmosphere because it's really just a drive-thru. You can walk up to the counter and place an order there as well and they do have some very nice benches. The 4 food stars, is because they only have a few food offerings but their muffin tops are top tier! Dutch bros, I'm so glad you are in my neighborhood!

I absolutely love dutch brothers! The broistas here are incredible! I have never had a wrong order, and they are so busy. My girl actually said "if your having a rough moment go to Dutch brothers and your forget everything"! Lol thank you dutch bros keep up the good work.

Drinks here are awesome. I had the banana split frost and the cotton candy frost both times I was not disappointed. I look forward to trying everything else. The flavors are on point.

The hot coffee I got was definitely stronger espresso than it was flavored. The Iced and blended coffees were exactly what was ordered and those came out great. We waited in line at the drive-thru for about 30 minutes as well. For a first time, I'd say Starbucks still has my vote.

So I visited there and I do believe that the service of the choice of food is not the original menu but the serving of the raspberry mocha latte was very intriguing just to drink by its presentation. The atmosphere was perfect for the Dream big Denver event. Many assortments of tea based drinks/treats .

I love Dutch Bros Coffee a lot. Like so much I have a tattoo of one of their stickers. Since I woke up crushed due to the Packers deciding to be terrible last night, I decided to treat myself to the bros. Unfortunately there are no locations in downtown Denver (change that, please) so I drove up to this one. Not the friendliest employees and it was kind of slow. Overall, still worth four stars because the coffee is so good.

The staff here are so delightful! They are personable and fun. The coffee is also delicious and reasonable priced. Use the app and you’ll save almost every time you visit!

Employees handed me a sticky drink cup and the drink wasn’t that great but was super pricey. Was on my way to work and the employees were singing and dancing and I felt like I waited a bit too long for my drink when I was in a rush. Otherwise, I feel like it is okay here and the people were nice.

Not sure I want to go back to this location after my experience yesterday. Me and my friend asked for oat milk in our coffees. The results might have been oat milk but there was something wrong with it (possibly expired) because we have been sick all day long throwing up. We’ve had good experiences before at this location with fun staff but this was too far.

I haven't been to a Dutch Bros that wasn't solid yet! I decided to see how my V11 holds up on some longer rides after the repairs. This picture perfect is on point y'all 👌 exactly what I needed today, friendly service everytime.

The drinks and service are always great. This is the first time at this location and the drive thru is not so clear with how to enter. Left lane can be entered from parking area or other entrance off of 84th. Why is the entrance from parking area not blocked off if it should not be entered?

Love this place. It's like Disney+ for adult beverages! I have a favorite but try new stuff all the time. Study up on the mobile app and use normal words like large or small when you order. I appreciate all the choices and especially sugar free flavors and all the right stuff. Other places have maybe 2 or 3 sugar free flavors and that gets old fast. The pup gets a free pup-uccino and of course my special order. Sugar free Golden Eagle with white coffee and easy ice! Date night goals!

The customer service you get at this location is amazing! They are always smiling and making your day better. The drinks are always good they taste the same every time. Sometimes the line is long but it’s worth the wait for me.
