Staff was very friendly - prices were amazing for a day pass visitor like myself given they do half price bouldering on Mondays and Wednesday, and have 15% discounted rates before 3:30pm and after 9pm resulting in an $8.50 day pass! Bouldering routes were varied in style and graded on the V scale (soft compared to outdoors as are most indoor climbing gym sets), and the tags for the climbs clearly conveyed if features were on or off.
