Rice was under cooked and lumpy in my burrito. The kid behind the counter added two scoops of rice(probably to get rid of the bad batch) and very clearly skimped me on the other ingredients. The flavor was bland across the board and I actually had to add salt to make me food edible. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

We did a 15 person catering order for pick up. Veggies, guacamole and salsas very fresh and the chicken and barbecoa, beans and rice were nice and warm. The young folks at this location did a great job! Great location for catering orders for sure. 👍🏼😊

I'm really sad that Chipotle, not just this location, has seemed to give up trying to make good food. I really want the food and service to be like it was years ago but the quality isn't the priority anymore. I keep acting crazy and trying it again in hopes it's better, but I end up being wrong.

Cashier with nose piercings seems like he hates his job! Is rude when asking for anything else besides paying for the food food good customer service needs to be better Never will I eat here again after getting food poisoning!! Not worth it

I’ve never experienced such a disrespectful staff. The kid who rang up my order over charged me for items I didn’t order. I asked him why the price was so high and very arrogantly read my order back to me, I told him that’s not what I got and he realized he was wrong. So I then asked if that initial transaction went through and told me “no bro” and made me pay again. I leave and realize of course that it did charge twice so I came back in and asked to speak with the manager. She was aggressive and rude. Flapping receipts around and storming in and out of the kitchen, all while giving me attitude like I’m out of line for asking for a refund when they were the ones who double charged me. As the manager she sets a horrible standard for how the rest of that restaurant handles customer service. And it shows.
