Their service is EXTREMELY POOR. About a week ago we ordered and paid online, the order was delivered 2 hours later, and it was not only COLD but smashed as well; as though it had been dropped, we only got a replacement the next day and we didn't get our money back, as they claim "if it's cold it's free". And this wasn't the first time, their deliveries are always delayed.

Greetings to all, it is with great devastation that I'm writing this review after so many years of receiving client satisfaction, it is unfortunate today I didnt receive it I ordered in the afternoon the pizza got delivered around 17:30 it took 1 hour 30minutes for it to be delivered , it looked great ,tasty,scrumptious but the taste was the complete opposite when I ate it I didnt finish the pizza dough tasted like it was dough of last week it was absolutely NOT FRESH , it was like I was eating rocks!!!

Poor service I've see I placed an order 2 hour ago even now I haven't received my order and the phone is not going through

Bathong how dare you , I bought a large trible Dega .. the lower layer was so try with only 6 pieces of meat no sauce nothing.. mxm disappointing

Their App Is Offline For Whatever Reason For Long Periods Of Time.. The Order Arrives An Hour Later, Sometimes Smashed.. And I Just Live 10 Minutes Away By Car, Why Does It Take So Long. I Have Complained Before And All I Was Given Was A Ticket Number. Now Today I Ordered At 17:57, It Is Now 19:27 My Order Is Still Not Here. They Closed At 19:00. Now I'm Calling Trying To Find Out If I'll Still Receive My Order Or Not But The Phone Doesn't Even Go Through.. What Am I Supposed To Do Now. Debonairs Doesn't Value People Especially The Ones In Black Communities.

I ordered pizza two times in a month from this restaurant, they always short on change ! Somethings they don’t have change at all, I end up giving them the whole money! Next time if I want pizza I just know it’s gonna be card in delivery or just go to the shop myself!

They don't communicate with the customers, I've made an order and it never got delivered and this has happened twice I even called to ask if the order is on the way they said yes until the store closed. They are unprofessional!!!

Its good. The only thing they need to do is to change the method of seelling. They concentrate mostly iin online customers. The instore customers are struggling. They not serving them in appropriate manner.

Doesn't taste as advertised. Something is not right with the one at thorntree their pizzas taste awful... but the one I bought somewhere else was 5 star rating. It like it has salt or something

I placed an order and an hour later it didn't arrive. The debonairs numbers did not go through even though I called alot of times. Service delivery is very poor and this happened twice

We were left standing in the queue for a very long time and we are told that the cashier is coming, 10min later, he or she is still not here. The staff is not wearing mop caps in the food production area and others are even wearing earrings. This is against the cosmetics and good stuff policy. Could you educate your staff about GMPs and policies. Most importantly, customer service. One guy looks drunk and not clued up as to what is going on.

They take a bit of your time but i love their pizza they get it right all the time

You may place an order, if you wish to get your pizza the next day. You may also pay online, if gambling is your thing. Oh and you will call... they will answer 🙂.

I ordered 2 Cramed deckers, a Triple decker #Meaty n a Triple decker chicken but what I found inside this Triple deckers is not what I expected cos they were too dry n literally with nothing inside so I'm disappointed in Debonairs Soshanguve Thorntree 😔😠😬

I don't know where to complain about the service of the driver but they are very rude and address us with the most disrespectful attitude and it's the 2nd time I'm getting very rude drivers from Debonairs Thorntree. They don't even mention their names because they know they are very disrespectful. I'm so disappointed

I usually get great service but yesterday I ordered a creamy chicken triple decker that was poorly packed, it was too dry and literally had nothing inside, not so much ingredients. I didn't enjoy it compared to my last order.
