Well laid out mall that gives you lengthy walking space no matter where you park. There are also a number of stores in, and the mall is well managed and clean.

The mall is clean and well looked after but challenge I'm having as a loyal customer is the transport service, no more uber /bolt at the mall which makes it difficult for me to shop at soshanguve Crossing again. I believe i have a choice of which transport service i wanna use without being bullied into riding in those old ventures.

Good selection of stores and a well designed and clean interior , parking is plentiful both under and above ground . I'm not sure if underground parking is paid or free as I parked above ground . The " food court " area has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from and a little area out front to eat there . The traffic outside of the mall is hectic but barrable , with stoplights that don't function and large amounts of vehicle and foot traffic . The foot traffic inside the mall is immense with it often feeling crowded . Overall a great place to do shopping when in the area .

Here you can shop almost anything you can imagine, from Food court to Grocerie shops, clothes, hardwares, and beverages. Practically one stop for performing daily personal utilities.

Soshanguve crossing is a nice place, but I believe in the future they should plan to build a cinema. The mall is busy, and I believe a cinema will also refresh the minds of all the students that walk around without shopping to keep themselves busy. My thought...

Not much to do but shop and eat. It was a little bit crowded for my liking. The centre has a great selection of retail stores and restaurants alike. Safe and free parking are always appreciated. All in all its the best place to do your shopping in Soshanguve.

The mall is big and all that however it's too small to accommodate the population of Soshanguve, you can stand in a q for 1 hour just to make payment at the till points. I'm suggesting they build another mall in the neighborhood.

POOR BANKING EXPERIENCE The banking experience at Soshanguve crossing is a nightmare. There are no enough ATMs yet the question are so long you will spend more time in the ATM que than doing shopping. Why can't they use the downstairs as a banking hall and put as much atms as possible. Its like they think to see a long que its good business.

The structure is so beautiful. Fortunately I usually shop at Spar and Game for my groceries. So this other day I went shop at shoprite their service was BAD like the cashiers or till attendees are so moody🤦🏽‍♂️. You wait for 30+ minutes on a Queue. Seeing grandmas n paps on a long Queue it’s so disturbing. Why the management doesn’t hire standby people who will work at tills on busy days

The place is perfect with spacious parking and a variety of retail shops together with food courts. I always eat my Mc Donald's there. There's a fun place for kids to play around.

Great place but the maintenance is poor it doesn't look like a mall that was built 7-8 years ago because seems like the place is falling to crumbles ill just give it a 3star rating because the staff to the stores i went were friendly especially for a mall that is situated in a township. The management should pull up their socks simple things like fixing the light bulb in the picture should go a long way.

The place is well kept with clean public toilets and the surrounding. It has play area for kids in the middle entrance next to food court, plenty of parking sport including underground parking. Parking is available even during busy days such as month end.

Worst day ever. Stuck at basement parking with no movement, there is a convoy outside. Every1 is stuck her trying to get out for 3hours. Management not answering the phone. There are kids in the cars and it's congested down here. Can some1 explain or try direct traffic outside cause wow. What is the contingency plan of this place? If there is a fire? Only 1 exit gore all these cars? By far the qorst planning I've seen. No security or any1 at the office to ask. We just have to wait it out. At this rate we'll be out of here at 9pm

One of the cleanest and best maintained shopping Center's ko kasi. The public facilities are spotless and there's no lady selling wads of toilet paper outside the toilet. Great job!

Pretoria is it's own country. The mall is nice and has the shortest Capitec line I have ever seen... The heat though. PTA is hot 🔥 too hot 🔥🔥

  • 5/5 Collen Thabo M. 1 year ago on Google
Great mall that is actually reducing our travel time to do shopping. No need to drive to Pretoria CBD or Wonderpark Mall to do grocery shopping.

  • 2/5 Obakeng C. 1 year ago on Google
Most of their shops don't have generators so when it's loadshedding Yoh.... Lebalang!!!! The ATMs don't work. Romans pizza doesn't work. Other food places operate but their beverages aren't cold. Some shops their card machines go offline so you can't swipe. Kore ke disappointed nje

Closest mall from home beside wonder park but I still prefer this one because its refreshing it doesn't even get tht full and the stuff is very friendly

  • 3/5 Boitumelo T. 2 years ago on Google
It's more than a shopping mall, because it has everything that I need, and it's so spacious and safe. My experience with that mall is when we meet new people interact with more cultured people learning new things there and doing fun activities.

Soshanguve Crossing Mall is an attractively built mall. It has architectural imposing entrances which are well spaced to accommodate real heavy shoppers' traffic which invariably happen every end of the month, picking madly during December. The gardens in the foreground are well kept with greenery throughout the year. Parking for vehicles is ample and parking bays well dermacated and marked. There is an underground parking for vehicles. Inside the mall are a range of retail shops, from eating places, supermarkets and clothing outlets., to name a few. The well-known retailers, which adorn most shopping centers, are present here. Shoppers love the airy walkways in the center, and for children, visiting the place is a worthwhile outing.

There was no electricity today therefore I decided to go buy food at the food court surprisingly only Mcdonald and Spur were operating all other restaurants were closed due to power shortage. I am really disappointed that most restaurants have no back up generator.

Parking is sometimes a problem but it's convenient to shop there. It saves one the trip of going to Wonderpark and there are variety of shops. I received a great services from the ladies at Edgar's when I went to buy a phone 📱 few weeks ago. It's really great to have a professional cake 🍰 shop in the township that offers such a great service and a variety of cakes to choose from. The service at Galitos is very excellent.

I usually use Bold as a means of transportation after shopping but recently Bold is not allowed inside the mall. I requested from outside their gate then the guy whom helped me to carry my groceries was threatened. I called the mall's office trying to understand why are we not given the choice to choose which transport we want to use then I was told to go to the taxi association at NAFCOC. Why are we not protected as customers? 😤

The experience inside the mall is perfect, But taba ya bolt aowa, the center manager really needs do something about this whole banning of Uber/Bolt inside the mall because it's very convenient for us as shoppers and it's our choice which transportation we want to use, now we are forced to pay local and then pay for delivery to our gates where else with Uber we only get to pay once. This whole no Uber inside the mall is really sad for most of us honestly.
