This was my first visit and I was very impressed by the whole experience. The staff that I had the opportunity to interact with was great. Steve Norton was fantastic with the massage and cupping process ( which I have never tried and was very impressed with 😊 ). I am looking forward to my next.

I’ve been attending Headwaters Physiotherapy for about 7 years and have recently visited the physio therapy clinic. Always extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I receive. The therapists are knowledgeable and attentive, and they take the time to understand my specific needs and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to me. The facilities are clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming and relaxing. Not to mention the wonderful ladies at the front desk always the first to greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physio therapy. The therapists are truly experts in their field, and they are dedicated to helping their patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I am grateful for the excellent care I have received, and I will definitely be returning to this clinic for any future physio therapy needs.

A very professional first experience! The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and ‘checked me in’ quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have to wait long for Mario to call for me. I had a great assessment and review of my current status and needs. And I felt he really cared and was listening to me. I really appreciated the thorough examination and I really feel like he’s invested in me getting better. I am really motivated to work to improve my health and well being! Although they couldn’t bill my insurance directly (issue with my insurance not with this clinic!) the efficiency in issuing electronic receipts and all my appointments booked and put into my virtual schedule, I was amazed. This place is a very well run and organized service. I’ll book my massages here going forward too!

Very professional and supportive, working with me on my difficult knee problem. I was initially recommended knee surgery by other health therapists, thanks to Nirushan , I avoided it. Following exercises program I am getting better, with vision to be physically fit and healthy. . Strongly recommend to all seeking help.

On several occasions Headwaters Physiotherapy has quickly identified the root cause of my issues, explained what is going on with my body and helped me heal. A rotator cuff issue that plagued me for years was quickly diagnosed, and with treatment and exercise I was able to go white water canoeing months later. I have been working with both Nirushan and Peter for different things and can't say enough good things about my experience. I've had reduction in long term pain in just a few short months.
