Dr. B.J. is an outstanding vet. My family feel very privileged to have her as our Vet. She is thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. What is very important to me is she’s there for you in times of crisis. My dog was not well. I called BJ over the weekend, she told me how to handle the situation. What a comfort to be able to speak to our vet after hours! During the following week, our dog was not responding to treatment. On the Sunday, I called BJ in much distress about the worsening condition of our dog. First thing Monday morning, BJ and her team had an appointment for us to see a neurologist. Here, he was treated swiftly in a first class establishment. He is now home back to his old self. A few weeks of treatment still to go through but all will be well. When one of my dogs is ill, I’m ill. To be able to talk to BJ was so very special, and she always ended the conversation with “I’m here for you”. (I had actually called BJ twice on the Sunday, quite late in the evening. Each time she was so very kind and calming, not a bit put out). We can’t thank her enough. We LOVE BJ. (Trish is the best to!!).

Dr Beresford is THE most compassionate vet I have dealt with. I have gone to many vets over the years but none have even come close to her, in every respect. I’ve been taking my pets to her for 12 years and I do not have one complaint. Her staff, as well, are exceptional, as I know Dr Beresford would have it no other way. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Beresford and her team are excellent. They are accommodating, understanding, and knowledgeable. We call her for all of our pets, and she will remain an important part of our animals lives for years to come.

Dr. BJ and her Team are outstanding! We are new in town and what a blessing to have great care less than 10 minutes from our home. This is our 2nd visit to the hospital for routine care. Today was our puppy's 3rd set of shots and a check up for our service dog. They took the extra time with our pups and treat and care for them with such love and kindness. Dr. BJ spent time with me regarding the importance of proper brushing for both our pups. They always go above and beyond to treat our fur babies. We would recommend Amaranth Animal Hospital to any pet owner who is looking for that special touch.

Hands down the best vet we've ever visited. We have a very protective & anxious large dog and this is the ONLY vet we were able to find that is willing to care for him. We take our two cats to Amaranth Animal Hospital as well. Dr.BJ, Trish and all of the staff are so very thorough, professional and always willing to take the time it requires to care for our animals and to answer our questions.

We took our puppy here and the staff were so great! The vet took so much time with us to go over things and the techs were efficient and kind!

Amazing people amazing vet, welcoming comfortable, and very accommodating! We have been going there since we moved to amaranth just over 2 years ago and I will never need to look for another place. Any issues, they are always there, night day, and even weekends to help at a family's darkest time, when you have an animal pass away! Cannot say enough about them, thank you BJ and Trish and all your lovely staff!
