Dr Allison and Dr Morrow are both very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I am extremely comfortable bringing all of my animals to them for something easy as vaccines, or something a little more difficult such as euthanizing my sweet baby this past December. All of the staff are friendly and eager to help. They also went above and beyond for my family and myself when we were making the hard decision to euthanize my Graycie. Waiting while I drove around for over an hour past our appointment time, came to the vehicle to check on us while we shared an ice cream out front of the clinic, and even helped us make the hard choices for aftercare products. They made many phone calls to Gateway on my behalf to ask questions regarding the products, and took care of her once she was brought back and I wasn't quite ready to pick her up. They even prepared multiple jars of her fur for us, this thoughtful gesture means more to us than they probably ever intended. Since then they have seen my other two dogs, who both suffer from nervous energy and anxiety when travelling to the vet, and everyone at Blackstone was extremely patient with our girls. Sharla was extremely knowledgable for ways to help Annie come to the vet - wearing her Thundershirt and spraying pheromones. They also suggested to give both Nellie and Annie a light sedation to help with our visit - and even though it didn't work so well for Annie, they were patient and still able to see her for her vaccines. The reminder system and easy to navigate app to see when everyone is due for things helps ease our minds to better keep track of everything. Veronica and Emily are always available to answer any questions we may have and Sharon makes booking appointments or picking up food/medications a breeze! We look forward to having a long and happy relationship with them for all of our pets. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic and everyone who works here.

I love this place! Recently switched from my old vet and I’m never going back! They always make me feel at home. I never feel judged. And my animals actually like coming here! They are so accommodating and easy to work with. The entire staff deserves two thumbs up

Both vets here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been to numerous vets that constantly up charge services and Blackstone never does that, they charge a very fair price and I’ve never paid for more than what I’ve needed with them. They make my two Australian shepherds feel right at home, Especially as one of them was traumatized from a previous vet. She’s excited to go to this vet!

We have had only great experiences so far! They took one of our cat's in for an emergency who required surgery, and were great to work with in a very stressful moment. They made sure I was aware of all charges, explained everything, and were fabulous with our semi feral cat! So I took the second almost feral cat and our puppy for a recent spay and neuter and again was very happy with the experience! They followed up after the surgeries to make sure everyone was ok. Everyone is very easy to work with, the clinic is always clean, and pricing is right on par with other local clinics. We are very happy to have found Blackstone!

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Allison as my vet for many many years and am very happy that she now has opened Blackstone Animal Hospital. Dr. Allison is a very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate person. My 2 cats and 2 dogs just love her and never have any issues going to the clinic. The staff are especially helpful and very friendly. I would recommend Blackstone to anyone who wants the best care for their fur babies.

All of the staff at Blackstone are very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind! They work in a fear free method and were very respectful of my rescue dog's comfort level. Everyone really takes the time to explain the procedure options and their risks and benefits. They also make sure to mention pricing throughout the visit which is very important.
