Avoid this company at any cost. Worst experience ever in my 50 years life. I mean it. I have never seen any agent slow response and did nothing but perfunctory like jim. And his boss worst ever also. No managment no communication at all. Never try to understand what's happen under his roof, Never try to understand what his agent had done to the customer. Never try to understand how much troubles his agent caused to the customer. Sales agent dont know the house which we discussed for weeks has been rented till customer told him. Excuse me, are you kiddind me? What have you done in these 2 week? Sleeping all day? Aren't you the guy who should tell me this issue asap? It's real story under Panronamic roof Dont ask me to contact ur company again. I am so so ..... frustred. Ask jim handing over all the email and Message, if somebody in Panoramic really want to know what had happen. Although I think that isnot possible in such bad management company.

Not responsive to maintenance requests. Several emails sent. Dirty hallways and stairwells since they took over. Disappointed. Just to update, weeks later still no contact about my leak. Two months since I emailed first. Yikes.... Updated again: been over two months. Nice. Four months and still counting! Update- first maintenance request sent in August. Sink was repaired March 3rd. Not so great of a turnaround, but the maintenance man was really nice!

Couldn’t be any worse! It seems like scammers trying to take advantage from you. The person who manages St Catharines area is the grumpiest person I have ever tried to deal with. Stay away from them!

Worst service ever they scam you out your money have your property damage and don’t fix anything STOLEN PROPERTY THEY SAY 24hr security camera I had to buy my own camera there is NO CAMERYon site. Crazy people live in the building assaulting the tenants police is called even on Christmas was a freak show. My property was damaged over and over the owner does not care. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
