Really great atmosphere for the younger (up to age 5 or 6) demographics. We had my son's 4th birthday here and it was great, everything was done by them (except adults stuff) and it took the stress of hosting away! They were a *little* unorganized (2 younger girls working) but all in all it was a great experience. Would be super fun to just go for a couple hours too.

My 2yrs and 4yrs old grandkids had a ball here. Inside is very well planned out and so many interactive things to do. the staff were very friendly and around to ask any questions. Wasn't too busy so it was great to keep an eye on the kids. There are washrooms inside and a snack bar in main reception area. Highly recommended for kids to explore , create and have fun .

Man this place was FILTHY! They seriously need to hire a cleaning crew. All the toys need a deep clean and many of them need maintenance or replacing all together. Most rooms were empty. They need to invest in a lot more items. There's a huge section for ride on vehicles. With only 2 actual "cars". Felt like putting My kid in the bath soon as we left. Don't think I have any reasons to return.

In my opinion, the place is overrated….Nobody looks after the different theme rooms or try to bring back the toys that children usually take to the outside. We also have spotted a couple of safety concerns : - at the entrance (close to the corner between the change room and the corridor/ hardwood was cracked and loose, which presented a tipping hazard for the little ones. - bottom of both slides were way higher than the ground, with one of them presenting a sharp edge (see pictures of the fire truck slide). Plus, there was no age restriction posted. - an electrical cable was hanging loose in the theatre room. hopefully the centre takes my comment into account and proceed with addressing the safety issues immediately.

My family and i were invited to a birthday party here. The playtown area is neat. It's like a small town for kids. Which is funny because they didn't have any baby change stations available in the men's washrooms. I had to change my daughter in the lobby on a couch. Staff was friendly. The place was clean. They just need some more areas to change a baby that's not out in the middle of everyone.

We hosted our daughter’s second birthday party at Play Town and it was great. The kids all had a blast. The space room was a bit smaller than I expected (for the adults, the kids all fit just fine), but most of the time half the people were playing in the rest of the facility so it wasn’t an issue. Love that outside food & drink are allowed in, that made it easy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Staff was all friendly and helpful!

Perfect! Such a hidden gem, our first time here we had my daughters 4th birthday party here we booked the full package with food and decorations absolutely beautiful set up they did an amazing job kids loved it non of them wanted to lev we had a bigger party so we got the double room package it was perfect for parents and kids the rooms were connected threw a sliding door that opens into one giant room so the kids could go back and fourth lots of chairs and tables to use so much for the kids to do they never got bored.we had alot of fun the girls who were working sorry never got names but they were absolutely amazing very helpful and accommodating they were very professional and how they run that place power to them because it's a very hectic place with all those kids running around and parents at the same time but they were absolutely amazing I never found it hard to find someone the only issue I had but not worth a bad rating was that the pizza comes a bit late into the party for older kids that may be ok however for 3 and 4 year Olds they don't want to wait, but we also brought our food so they were ok but maybe next time we would ask for it to be there when the party started that could have just been miscommunication on my side but no biggie other than that was an amazing day and we will definitely be back! Thank you to all your staff that day they were amazing and should definitely be recognized:)

Clean. The staff was regularly going through the play spaces to ensure it was tidy and organized. My daughter had a great time.

Such an amazing birthday experience for my little lady! All of the kids had such a fantastic time. The facility was super clean, and the party room was absolutely the cutest space to host our donut party. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday a fun time & ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

We had our daughter's 8th Birthday party at Playtown, and it was AMAZING, the communication was great, the staff was so friendly, and the room was everything that my daughter wanted for an "Encanto theme party" kids have a lot of fun, in every room, and still good for their age.
