The BEST fish and chips ever!!! Omg I can’t get over it

Ordered take-out. Food was ready on time and hot, freshly made. Friendly staff. Had cheers burger with fries and beef dunk with onion rings. All was tastey. Gravy had good flavour. Personal preference would be thinner gravy. Picture shows each sandwich cut for sharing. Not huge but plenty for our dinner. Very reasonable prices.

It's funny when you get a little turned around in a out of the way small town and find a little gem (hole in the wall) delight. Friendly staff and quality food taste and price. For sure would go back the wings are 5 star any day.

Ordered poutine for $10 and got a tiny handful of undercooked fries with a little sprinkling of shredded marble cheese.... seems to be no quality controll, portions are absolutely tiny.

There were flies landing on my sons fish and chips, he ate a couple bites and got grossed out. I had the large nachos, which were smaller than most restaurants smalls. Prices were high for portion size and quality. I’d consider another restaurant

Lady working at there is very rude and refused to give me order without any reason as she wants to talk to guys there. Worst experience at this place never going there and will never recommend this place to anyone. If someone ordered it twice it’s obvious that whoever gets the order first will take the order. When i reached at restaurant and asked for order she said i will not give this order to you as you came first and she said whoever will come 2nd i will give this order to him. Is it a kind of joke. Even i taked to customer and he said she was kind of weird with him too so i think the management needs to think about the girl working there if she has same behaviour with most of the peope. Hope you will take this seriously

I hear good things about their fish but their chicken fingers are damn good too!! Second time I've ordered this and the quality consistency is awesome !

Great food! Also the bathroom had the fastest automatic paper towel dispenser I’ve ever seen. Incredible.

This was one of the first places I came to when I moved to Welland and I really enjoyed it. Their fish and chips were amazing and big portions too, I also had their nachos which were massive and delicious as well. They have plenty of seating inside and outside. Maybe if I come back enough everybody will know my name 😁 (Cheers reference for those who know the show)

Heard the fish and chips were award winning. Very disappointed. Everything seemed cooked from frozen. Arrived on time for pickup, all food was soggy, nothing crispy. Wish I could say this was awesome, but spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I love Cheers. I'm always amazed with their ceasar salad. Real bacon and a ton of it. I'm in heaven. My husband gets the fish. Always delicious and this time we got huge slice of homemade bread. Such a nice touch. The waitress are so friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work.

I have to say that the management team at this restaurant is fantastic… I had an issue (which turned out to be a non-issue) and I was responded to immediately. Very much appreciative of such great service and solid work ethic.

Great wings! Good price and good amount per pound, rarely find jumbo wings like that anymore especially for a fair price !

Quaint spot. Small parking lot in behind and we nabbed a spot. Service quick and friendly. Wings very good. Best wings in Welland and we've tried them everywhere else. We asked for extra crispy and they came out crunchy and hot! We'll def be back for take out or delivery.

I am usually very picky with fish and chips but i do have to say...i am impressed with Cheers...the batter was so light and crispy...staff very friendly...definitely...absolutely...no doubt going here again

Just moved from to Toronto to Welland. This place is amazing. Best food in town hands down

Just ordered food from here off skip. Food was okay. We did get a fishy smell from the wings and what we're assuming/hoping is that maybe they were fried in the same fryer/oil as the fish which would explain the fishy smell. Unfortunately, we did not continue to eat the wings but the burger and fries were good and the taco potato skins is not something I will order in take out ever again - probably more ideal to order pub food while actually sitting at the pub to ensure freshness. Maybe clean oil more often or fry fish and wings in separate batches of oil if restaurant has the equipment to do so.

I ordered on skip. The cheer burger was amazing. The bacon in the burger was thick and super tasty. The burger came with some thick cut fries. They were not stingy with the portions at all. I loved the burger tons. I understand things happen so I am still giving this restaurant a 5.

Had a wonderful time at open mic lastnight! We have frequented cheers often and it has always been a fantastic experience. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to our server lastnight, I believe her name was Emily. It was her first time serving there alone and she rocked it! My first time in this place. I drive by a lot and finally went in. It's a cozy atmosphere with a local vibe. The wait staff welcomed us and we felt at home. Fish and chips were the choice for us , and we weren't disappointed. I'll go back.

Great food, friendly service, and the regulars are good company. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

First time ever the cook made wings how I asked... extra dry and crispy. Barry is a fantastic cook and Emily is one awesome bartender and server.. thanks so much.
