Teen Challenge is a worldwide Charity and Organization that tirelessly works to help Families that are devastated by addiction. We see many people needlessly dying from drug overdoses and families being destroyed by drugs and alcohol addiction. Outlet tags has provided 3 awesome quality tents for our charity to be out in the community weekly putting Hope Within Reach of every addict we encounter! They also provide us the tent at the best price out there. Even though we have had some challenges in the ordering and delivery process (first tent had a broken piece when shipped to us but Mohammed and his team sent us a piece to fix it right away, and most recently we were shipped a tent package incomplete) Mohamed and his team did everything they could to fix the problem right away. We need to realize that all people make mistakes and the quicker we accept our mistakes and make things right, the better this world will be! I appreciate the willingness of Outlet Tags Canopies to fix mistakes when they happen. At first we were very concerned but by the end of the day, We were very satisfied with this Companies willingness to get us what they said they would at the time they would send it!

Very happy with how quickly I received my replacement tent top. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when it arrived and it went to the courier office and I didn't pick it up before it was shipped back to Outlet Tags Canopies, who promptly called me to arrange a re-shipment, which arrived within ONE DAY. The replacement tent bag was on back order and I was told it wouldn't be in until later on. I was very pleased and surprised to find it included with my replacement tent top. The bag is great and fits my tent very well and the replacement top fits well also, I was concerned the replacement may not align with my tent however it's great. They don't help when u need replacement parts waiting for over a year

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of my Canopy! Very sturdy and high quality. Also very surprised with free delivery, ordered in the morning and received in the afternoon. My sandbags were missing but after contacting customer service they were shipped the next day. Already recommending you to my fellow vendors at the Farmers' Market!

Absolutely terrible customer service. All I wanted was to pick up 12 tent weights, same style and colour as I bought from them in 2017. I called ahead to make sure they had them so I didn’t waste my time, the person on the phone was short with me, but did say they had 12. When I got there they only had 8 in the style we needed and they were different colors, immediately arguing that I never said what colour I wanted. The staff were very quick to blame the customer. She continued to tell me that they had more of the black ones at their warehouse, I was frustrated because this could have been dealt with on the phone and saved me the wasted time but I agreed to having them brought in from the warehouse and then they would call me. Of course, they didn’t call and I had to follow up with them multiple times, when they finally told me they had them. I arranged for one of my employees to drive there and get them. When he got there they had the same 8 weights, wrong colours and 4 that were completely different style. They had the same stock that they had when I went there the first time. We decided that it would be easier to just get the 8 weights and paint them, then to try to deal with them anymore. We asked for a refund on the 4 weights we paid for but did not get, and they would call to arrange the refund. Well you guessed it, they didn’t call. I had to call many times and they gave many different excuses: one time the person who can do refunds wasn’t there and they promised they would call the next day, of course they did not. Then after another call and getting mad I got the person who could do the refund and thought I was getting it. However after we did not get the credit on our credit card and yet again I had to follow up with them. This time they said there machine wasn’t working and that’s why we didn’t have the credit. If that was true why would you not be up front about it? Is this how they manage situations? Wait and avoid until customer calls angry? Was the story even true? Did they just not care enough in the first place to get the weights from the warehouse or was it all just lies? They did give us our refund for the 4 weights but I will never go back to this place. The lost money in wages and effort over such a small order was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere as a customer. The worst part was my memory of the last experience was great and easy and I expected the same. Was I ever disappointed.

I came to outlet tags last week. I am so impressed with the type of customer services and the patience this company has. Everyone helped me to the best of the best. The two girl staff they have are the best. The sweetest and very helpful. I love this place. Thank you guys! Really appreciate all your help. I got my product and it looks GREAT!!!! Thank you again.

This is my the corner of my tent that is just 3 months old. The stitching fell apart and the ring that pulls it down over the edge has fallen off. This canopy is not cheap, is new, well taken care of, and this is not a usage issue but a fault in their quality. The answer I got when I sent in an inquiry about this was "it's a usage issue, take it to a local repair shop". Really? This tent by its nature is meant to be opened and closed and transported from locations, that's why it was purchased. I liked the quality of this product and assumed it would be durable and last, that's why I didn't buy a cheap one at Canadian Tire. Be warned, if you use your canopy and it falls apart, even though it's new, it's buyer beware with no backing of quality.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Prompt and helpful. Product was just what we wanted for our organization. Easily set up and looks great! We purchased the 10x10 with a back wall and are very happy with our purchase. Would recommend to anyone!

Horrible customer service. Buyer be ware. I ordered items from their website and they incorrectly sent the wrong item now they won’t send me what I did order. Nor will they send a return label to send back the wrong item. This is theft and fraud.
