Absolutely
terrible
customer
service.
All
I
wanted
was
to
pick
up
12
tent
weights,
same
style
and
colour
as
I
bought
from
them
in
2017.
I
called
ahead
to
make
sure
they
had
them
so
I
didn’t
waste
my
time,
the
person
on
the
phone
was
short
with
me,
but
did
say
they
had
12.
When
I
got
there
they
only
had
8
in
the
style
we
needed
and
they
were
different
colors,
immediately
arguing
that
I
never
said
what
colour
I
wanted.
The
staff
were
very
quick
to
blame
the
customer.
She
continued
to
tell
me
that
they
had
more
of
the
black
ones
at
their
warehouse,
I
was
frustrated
because
this
could
have
been
dealt
with
on
the
phone
and
saved
me
the
wasted
time
but
I
agreed
to
having
them
brought
in
from
the
warehouse
and
then
they
would
call
me.
Of
course,
they
didn’t
call
and
I
had
to
follow
up
with
them
multiple
times,
when
they
finally
told
me
they
had
them.
I
arranged
for
one
of
my
employees
to
drive
there
and
get
them.
When
he
got
there
they
had
the
same
8
weights,
wrong
colours
and
4
that
were
completely
different
style.
They
had
the
same
stock
that
they
had
when
I
went
there
the
first
time.
We
decided
that
it
would
be
easier
to
just
get
the
8
weights
and
paint
them,
then
to
try
to
deal
with
them
anymore.
We
asked
for
a
refund
on
the
4
weights
we
paid
for
but
did
not
get,
and
they
would
call
to
arrange
the
refund.
Well
you
guessed
it,
they
didn’t
call.
I
had
to
call
many
times
and
they
gave
many
different
excuses:
one
time
the
person
who
can
do
refunds
wasn’t
there
and
they
promised
they
would
call
the
next
day,
of
course
they
did
not.
Then
after
another
call
and
getting
mad
I
got
the
person
who
could
do
the
refund
and
thought
I
was
getting
it.
However
after
we
did
not
get
the
credit
on
our
credit
card
and
yet
again
I
had
to
follow
up
with
them.
This
time
they
said
there
machine
wasn’t
working
and
that’s
why
we
didn’t
have
the
credit.
If
that
was
true
why
would
you
not
be
up
front
about
it?
Is
this
how
they
manage
situations?
Wait
and
avoid
until
customer
calls
angry?
Was
the
story
even
true?
Did
they
just
not
care
enough
in
the
first
place
to
get
the
weights
from
the
warehouse
or
was
it
all
just
lies?
They
did
give
us
our
refund
for
the
4
weights
but
I
will
never
go
back
to
this
place.
The
lost
money
in
wages
and
effort
over
such
a
small
order
was
probably
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I’ve
had
anywhere
as
a
customer.
The
worst
part
was
my
memory
of
the
last
experience
was
great
and
easy
and
I
expected
the
same.
Was
I
ever
disappointed.
