There was a top I liked but the store didn’t have my size. The store Manager ordered one for me right there and then. Krista, the manager was very friendly and efficient! I love Ricki’s. Please bring the store back to the Seaway Mall in Welland!

What great service! I went shopping at Ricki’s on December 23. All staff was ready to help. I showed a photo of an item I wanted to match (top to go with pants) and got 3 options! 3 people then helped me with recommendations for other items. I even got to order one item to be delivered to my house! I walked out with 5 items, and one on the way! Can’t wait to wear my new clothes. The staff was knowledgeable about their inventory and about fashion. Thanks.

5 stars isn't enough for this stores staff. I was in a couple of days ago and I was overwhelmed because i needed something for myself. I had already browsed numerous stores in the mall and was about to give up. A girl that worked there came over and offered some help if I needed it. I'm sure she noticed my hesitating so I gladly accepted!! Without too much thought after telling her what I was looking for Krista grabbed a pair of jeans off the rack and said go try these on then we can look for a top. I looked and they were 2 sizes smaller than my regular size and told her they'd be too small and she said trust me. OMG they fit perfect!! No adjustments needed. By the time I was done trying on the jeans she had a couple of tops picked out and voila an outfit was made. I couldn't have asked for better and probably would have turned around and figured something out with what I had at home!! I have added Rickis gift cards to my wish list, I will be back!! Thank you!!

I hadn't been shopping in two years due to covid restrictions and was feeling self conscious about my appearance and change in weight. I knew I needed new clothes but dreaded the thought of shopping. I went to the Pen today and saw the clothing in Rickis and thought the styles there were very nice, but I needed some help in choosing clothes that would suit me. An employee, Jen, was incredibly helpful, supportive and honest! She found colours that complimented my skin tone and body shape, and pulled styles I wouldn't have normally tried. Nearly everything she offered me to try on made me feel like a million bucks, but what I appreciated most was Jen's passion for helping me today. Give that woman a promotion or raise!

Great selection of decent quality clothes at great price, especially the jeans that fit so comfortably. Chelsea was friendly and very helpful.

I have been a long time fan of Ricki’s. I worked here at 2 separate occasions, through 3 different managers. I love the product. I love the customer service. That was until I went into the store yesterday. I walked around searching for something for a Christmas party and observed an associate working that did not move from the cash counter. She did not acknowledge my existence, or the other 4 people (maybe more), who walked into the store, looked around, and walked out. It wasn’t until I approached the counter asking for a fitting room that she moved her eyes from the sales tracking sheets that she was working on. In the fitting room, 2 rooms were open and clothes inside of them, not cleaned out from the last customers. Luckily I knew my size (the main reason I shop exclusively here) as no offer to get another size was presented, nor was I asked how I was doing or if I needed help. Once out of the fitting room and ready to pay, 2 other women proceeded ahead of me. One was an online order. The other I’m unsure what it was. Like my interaction, the words exchanged were minimal. I can only imagine the sales that were lost, or products taken without being paid for, with the customer service experience I had. Very disappointing. Maybe online shopping is the route that Ricki’s wants for their customers.

Very rude staff. The girl literally pushed my purse out of the way. Then proceeded to go through the rack right beside, pushing the clothes towards me while I was trying to put something back. No acknowledgment of me either. I will not be returning here.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had shopping with Rickis. The customer service was second to none. I had issues with an online order being sent to me incorrectly, my local Rickis in Sudbury was not able to accommodate me, Jen (I believe the manager at Pen Centre) went above and beyond to assist me and fix the error. 6 hour drive but definitely worth it. Thanks again for the awesome customer service!!

The store is tidy and it's easy to find your size, even on sales racks. Staff is great, very knowledgeable about the items they carry and willing to help with finding sizes. Jen was particularly helpful when I went shopping earlier today. She even asked about what I thought of the fit of a couple items that she said were new product, so she'd be able to give helpful feedback to other customers!

The manager and staff are amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with my shopping needs. They even put together outfits and gave me suggestions that really helped me. Great experience shopping in this store. So many sizes and colours to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly, helping me put together an outfit. The store is very tidy and organized, and I will be returning to this store again. Staff make you feel important and special
