We purchased Craft-Bilt windows and doors (stacking) for our 3 season room. Craft-Bilt was prompt, always keep us informed, and delivered on time. The quality of the products are great and installed easily. Being able to open them so much it a great advantage. They really made the sunroom spectacular.

Very good experience. The windows came and there was no damage. The installation instructions were easy to follow. Our dealings with the office were great. The ladies knew the routine and we were satisfied with that part. We understand that things were difficult because of the situation with Covid. We had ordered in Feb. but didn’t receive the windows until July.

Hi...Mike from Bridgewater Nova Scotia. I purchased 7 Four-Track windows and 4 Lip-Frame trapezoid windows for my screened-in porch. The staff at Craft-Bilt were first class and were very helpful in the design and fabrication of the windows. I took away one star as some of the mitered corners on the trapezoids were not tight and the clear vinyl was not as clear as I had hoped. I will use Craft-Bilt on my next project.

We needed to replace a rotting deck off our 2nd story bedroom this summer as we were also doing general re- siding . In searching around the internet I was very pleased to come across craftbilt decking as we wanted something that was waterproof and easy . We haven’t finished the deck yet but the whole process of contacting craftbilt to picking up the product was easy and excellent. Lisa was very personable to deal with and very quick to answer any questions we had. When we went into order the product she made it smooth. We were able to take some samples home so our siding guys knew what we would be doing and could work to it. They kept us up to date when timelines changed and that’s all I can ask for when that’s out of everyone’s control these days. I really do like the product and I’m looking forward to having it completed.

Working with Craft-bilt was fantastic right from getting a quote through to installation. There was a small issue with 3 of the panels but Craft-bilt was quick to make it right. The windows are great and make the Muskoka room so much more functionable. I have already recommended Craft-bilt to several friends.

Customer service is excellent! I emailed back and forth with Lisa a LOT, and she was very patient and understanding. They were nice enough to mail me small samples of their product because I couldn't figure out which one I needed :) Very happy with my experience!

I ordered a sun-room with 4 track windows from Craft Bilt and had an excellent experience. Rob Lamb worked with me to help with the design and in exploring alternatives to reduce costs. Rob also directed me to a fabulous installer who installed it on my existing deck with ease. I was impressed at how pretty much everything needed to installed was shipped from Craft Bilt. I love my new Grand Vista Sunroom :)

So I always try to buy high quality Canadian and that was why I chose Craft-Bilt from others after doing an extensive search. Their aluminum decking and glass railing are of excellent quality - thick and sturdy. I love the sand colour deck. The instructions on how to build are easy to understand. When you pay good money, you want to look at the finished product and think it was worth it. I do.

I placed my order for a custom size window with craft bilt online through emails and it was so easy. They were very accommodating during the sale and held my product until a day worked with my schedule for pick up. I absolutely love my window and how it looks and enjoy the ease of use

The team at Craft-Bilt was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They helped me design my project to make sure I was ordering the right pieces. The product was exactly as described and very good quality. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because there were delays getting my materials as some of the pieces were on back order - I still don't have my 3" post caps.

In mid-February we ordered a set of 12 large 4-track stacking windows and two small fixed windows from Craft-Bilt Materials Ltd for the veranda at the back of our house. They estimated that the order would be not be ready before mid-May as a result of their difficulty in sourcing materials due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While our delivery date arrived and passed without being updated online, Craft-Bilt did complete the manufacturing of our windows only two weeks later, understandable under the circumstances. The windows were accurately manufactured according to our measurements (each one was unique) and all of them fit well into our openings and were relatively easy for us to install using the instructions provided by Craft-Bilt. The attached pictures show our completed project. We find that the windows slide well within the frames and that they provide lots of flexibility in providing adequate ventilation on hot days. On cool sunny mornings, the windows keep the temperature inside at least 2 degrees warmer than outside which, in combination with a lack of wind, has already allowed us to increase our utilization of the veranda this summer. We’re looking forward to use it even more this fall. We are very pleased with our window purchase and would highly recommend Craft-Bilt windows as being of very good quality and value.
