Love the unique flavours of ice cream! Cinnamon Bunz is by far the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I also love Lavender Lemonade and Moon Mist. You can buy mini tubs and ice cream cakes and it’s all just great! Staff are super nice, enough seating and general positive atmosphere. It’s busy though so be prepared to wait in line. Worth the wait!

This is a great local ice cream shop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Every ice cream flavor I've tried has been delicious. Crepes are extremely satisfying too. Today, I tried their mix-in (DQ Blizzard equivalent) with reese's pieces and chocolate chip cookie dough. Their soft serve was good and it was loaded full of candy. Definitely going back soon to try something new.

Discovered Sprinkes & Dip three days ago and I have been here 3 days in a row (I need to behave myself, I know..). Everything I have tried here - from ice cream and carrot cake to hot chocolate, is excellently done. Whoever is in charge here clearly understands food. Their prices are very reasonable and the environment is clean and happy. The staff are lovely as well. Would recommend!

First time visit and loved the ice cream! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Only comment is that the flow from cash to pick-up is a bit awkward to navigate when there’s a line of customers. Great local spot!

Absolutely love coming here to grab some ice cream with the kiddos in my family! They have so many amazing flavors (some I still have yet to try) the owners and staff are so friendly and sweet! LOVE the fact they have chocolate soft serve ice cream!

I recommend their salted caramel ice cream, it is amazing. Their waffles are the best I've ever had, cooked perfeclty with a huge selection of toppings. The service is great and the owners are incredibly friendly and care what you think about their amazing food.

My 4 year old and I make the trip from Brooklin whenever we want ice cream even though we have a shop here that sells kawartha dairy… the ice cream and flavour selection is just as good but what we really love is how cute the shop is and how friendly the owners are! Super clean spot, warm atmosphere and delicious ice cream. Highly recommend!

Solid ice cream place with a good selection and friendly staff. Only constructive criticism would be that the inside layout is not conducive to lining up, ordering, and getting served. Keeping many flavours in the back also means employees needing to rush back to scoop. Otherwise, a great local shop with vegan/plant-based options.

The owner is such a sweetheart. I went twice and both times she was extra careful in letting me know that sherbet is not lactose free. Even though we are fine with that it’s nice to know she cares. She is super kind and makes you feel appreciated!!! More shops like this are needed!!!

Customer service was really friendly. There wasn't a line up and service was really quick. As you can see from my photo, your dollar goes a long way, double scoop in a waffle cone was short of $9. There is plenty of seating if you go with a group. There's plenty of parking in the lot. Definitely worth it to check out if you're in the area!

Amazing ice cream and service! They also have some nice seating and wifi so it's also a great place to chill or work at. My go-to place for ice cream to take home as they have tubs as well. My favourite flavour is blueberry bliss! Its a must-try.

Went on a sundae and it was a great place to go with the family. It was busy at the time but the person serving us was still very nice. Had places to sit and lots of selection for ice cream. Parking was good and room to eat ice cream. They had soft serve, scoop ice cream, sundaes, banana splits, etc. Would recommend and also go back.

This is my fave ice cream shop! The owner is just the nicest and has such a passion for her shop and sources the best products, and you can really taste the difference!

We just moved back to Whitby and found this little gem. Now we know why it's rated so high because the ice cream is excellent, fair pricing and the sprinkles are free. The owner is so lovely and friendly, be sure to speak to her and she'll make you feel welcomed. We'll be coming back here often.

What a lovely discovery! Will certainly frequent this establishment with my kids. Wish they had more flavors like another establishment in Ajax but great variety nonetheless. Price point is very good and the service came with a warm friendly smile!

Free sprinkles! Great choices, both regular ice cream and vegan options. Minimal vegan options but the options taste amazing! They always offer you sprinkles and the staff are consistently nice and helpful. The parking lot can be a bit tricky and dangerous. The parking lot wasn't designed very well and my car was scrapped by another driver while I was in the store. But it's not the store's fault.

Stop here for soft serve ice cream. The sprinkles are free. They have options to get soft serve or actual ice cream 🍨 scoops. The portion size was a bit small in my opinion (this photo was the medium).

Yummy ice cream and dessert options! We had a soft-serve vanilla cone with sprinkles, a lemonade-lavender ice cream sandwich, and a cookie dough 'tornado', which were all delicious. The owner was really friendly and kind.

First time coming here with the family. The shop is clean and has safety measures in place. Staff was very friendly and nice! Great customer service. Tried the pistachio almond ice cream. It was decent, did not like the taste as much or the texture. Also tried the cherry and strawberry flavors which were good and soft serve cones. Would go back again to try other flavors.

Update: just tried the Red Velvet cake and it was AMAZING and full of flavor!!! Best ice cream in Durham Region! Great customer service by all the staff who work there and all the flavors are delicious! My favs are coconut, black sweet cherry, lavender lemonade, banana fudge and peanut butter chocolate.
