FEB 24 2023 Today I had an incident outside of the vision centre.. My mother locked me out of our truck so I went to them asked for help...There staff were very pleasant and helpful...I can not say enough of how grateful I am thank you to the staff of the vision centre keep up the great work and hospitality you guys offer me and my family Thank you very much.....

Great place for glasses. Dealt mostly with Lorraine. She worked hard to match up an old pair of sunglasses I really liked and did her homework to get me a newer version. Went above and beyond when most places would have tried to sell me something I wouldn’t be happy with. Will continue to do future business with service like that!

After trying a cheaper box store brand I came back to Vision Clinic for my Progressive lens glasses. They have the expertise, the ability to make proper lenses, better quality of frames, and choice. The service is friendly a very top notch. Definitely coming back

This is our second time dealing with the Vision Clinic. Not only are they very knowledgeable and proficient but the staff are super fantastic to deal with. Incredibly helpful and so many laughs. We will never go anywhere else!

Amazing eye doctor. Listened to my concerns and really took time to check everything out. Acknowledged my thoughts on what was going on and gave me better insight into helping take care of allergies with proper eye drops. Although I have near perfect eyesight, still gave me a prescription for my stimagtizm to get sunglasses for my benefits and to help with my eye sensitivity to light. Finding glasses was easy peasy and were ready to go in 2 weeks. All staff I interacted with were very kind and thorough. Came back in 2 weeks and they knew I was there to pick up even though they only ever seen me once before. 10/10 recommend. Will be back for any other eye or glasses needs.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing customer service at this location. Friendly and competent staff. Kevin went out of his way to accommodate me and personalize my glasses and safety glasses perfectly. Laureen and Stephanie were very nice and patient. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they answered all my questions. Dr. Sasani is also very friendly and explained everything as he went. Will definitely be making this my permanent location for everything to do with glasses! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. The staff were wonderful with my son. They even fit his dollar store sunglasses nicely for him to entertain him while I was busy picking my own glasses. I would highly recommend if you are booking an appointment with children.
