We thought The Gold Store was a good, and honest jewelry store but have been greatly disappointed. We came to them and they designed an expensive setting for my wedding rings- $2,200! I brought them a 1.13 carat center stone that is worth approx $8,000. A year later three of the small surrounding stones fell out of the setting they made and when I took it back for repair they wanted to charge me an exsorbant amount to replace the three 3 point stones. I took it to another jeweler and she told me the reason the small stones were falling out was because they were very cheaply and poorly set. I took the ring to another jeweler and he said the same thing and even elaborated on the very poor quality of the setting of these small stones. Telling me there are different methods to set stones and whoever did this ring used the cheapest method. Most people including my husband and I don't know much about setting stones and we trusted them. When I took the ring back for repair not only did they want to charge me over $150.00 to replace the stones but were also rude and aloof. Steer clear of The Gold Store!

I recently got an estimate for my diamond ring, which I was hoping to sell. It was $1000 less than the one other estimate I had gotten just a few days earlier. They did raise it to $600 when I told them what my other offer was. No deal!

Honestly the best costumer service I have ever received. I had some old gold that was lying around the house and I wanted to sell it so I could buy some Christmas presents for my family. They literally gave me twice as much as every other jewelry shop I went to. The owner was super nice and the sales associates were so patient helping me find a present. They took great care of me and gave me a great discount. If you go in there you should ask for Zara, Anahita, or BB. I usually don't write reviews but you gotta give credit where it's due.

Shady dealer offering far less than the item was worth. Starts by asking how much I want for it to see if he can take advantage. Offers super low and then doubles that as I walk out the door. I didn’t go in to play games. I would not recommend

I really enjoyed the expertise and professionalism of Al and his team. Meeting and spending time with them is such a great experience. They have a jeweler on the premises and their workmanship and quality are what I consider the best. Whether you need to sell your gold or need a custom made piece of jewelry for that special someone, go to The Gold Store, they will treat you right!

They made me feel like I was stupid and had that I had nothing of value. I do not recommend this places especially for first time sellers.

Alan and BeBe take pride in their work and value their customers. We had a wedding set designed and made in 2004. We have sinced moved out of the state and decided to add another band. We sent the ring back. Alan made the new band and soldered the set together and sent it back. It's beautiful. We are very happy

As per the good reviews I heard about this store I went there for the first time and want them to fix the size of my ring and I was told by them that I will get my ring in a week and I must say as per the promise they fixed my ring on time and provide a very good services and they value their customers a lot …

I just got home from this place. Went there to fix broken gold chain it took about 2min I paid $25 which is fine. To my disappointment I noticed that the little gold tag saying its 24K was missing:( I won't go back ever I am so sick of people doing stuff like this. I hope you get a good night sleep today sir.
