Monday, May 16th I made an appointment for 12:45pm to get a refill. I get there before my appointment and wait over an hour to get sat. Tina worked on my nails. She introduced me to gel and promised that they’re better than regular polish. She made my nails super thin, uneven and very bulky. Filled them in over my cuticle. Hours after i get my nails done, the gel chipped. Today I visited her salon respectfully asking for a refund because she simply couldn’t fix the damage on the nail. she proceeds to lie to me and say she is not the owner and the owner is out of town. As I left her salon, i forget my car keys on her counter and immediately go back to get them. She lies to me and tell me she doesn’t have them and I have asked her many times for my car keys so i can leave and go back home. I had to get the police involved after she was being very aggressive towards me, unprofessional, and had lied to me many times thinking I was recording her but I was not. First and Last visit.

Really bad experience! About a month ago I had manicures, pedicures and gel polish. After ONE DAY some of my nail polish pale lips, gel chipped. I came back to showed them ask them to fixe those. They showed me really bad attitude and they kept me waiting more than 1 hr. I wasn’t happy at all with my nails and they didn’t do a good job. I came back after a week to asked them to remove my gel from my nails. They charge me $12 for that and she polished my ACTUAL NAILS! It was so PAINFUL and TORTURING while was working on it, I told her it’s my actual nails, You are polishing my actual nails! She said no honey we are doing this for more than 20 years, don’t worry. When I came back home I couldn’t use my hands at all because my nails were SO SENSITIVE! It’s obvious on the pictures how they polished my nails, the difference between my grown nail and polished part. My nails still are sensitive!

I just moved to the community and am SO EXCITED TO HAVE DISCOVERED LAVISH NAILS AND SPA!!! Kaylie is world class!!! Hands down the best manicurist ever!!! And, Tina gives the best pedicure ever!!! You can tell she loves her job and pays close attention to detail!!! I am so happy to discovered this salon✨😊 I will be a loyal customer!!!

I am new to Thousand Oaks area, I looked up a few nail places near my house and found Lavish Nails & Spa 🙂 the minute I walked in I was treated very kindly also Lavish Nails was so clean and I felt the good vibe. I totally love this Nail Salon 💅🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the person who did my nails really did a great job 👍🏻 and he was fast to, this place will be my go to when I need to re-do my Nails again 🙂 I highly recommend this place.
