First time here. Won’t be the last. Casual atmosphere. Order at counter and they’ll bring your food to you. Carefully prepared, high-quality food with yummy flavors and great customer service. Really delicious Caesar salad with luscious dressing and the most delicious crunchy topping. Also enjoyed the Not So Fried chicken sandwich and corn chowder. MacReeves had the Fried Chicken sandwich and seemed to enjoy it. The service was outstanding. We had interactions with five different team members while there for an hour-plus, enjoying a leisurely late lunch and chat. Everyone from the cashier to the people bringing the food, clearing the table and checking on how we were doing, as well as the super kind and welcoming manager, AnnaMaria, were simply fantastic.

Great location, food/ingredients are fresh and there tons of choices for everyone. The avocado quinoa superfood salad with chicken was fantastic, especially since the quinoa was toasted! The perfect amount of each ingredient. My friend got one of the bowls and loved it; we’ll definitely be back and have one the wines on tap!

One of the better counter service places that the food tastes amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything here that doesn’t taste incredible. Got the “not so fried chicken” sandwich this time and love all the flavors and textures. The space is pretty big both inside and out so there’s usually ample seating. My recommend is to do the sandwich combo. The portion size for a “half” sandwich is huge and you get a side, win win

Passed by Mendocino Farms a few times while going to other places in the same plaza and decided to give it a try for lunch. The best word in my opinion to describe it was underwhelming. We got the Peruvian steak sandwich it did taste good though it could of used more meat and less lettuce, tomato etc. Then we got the Chinese chicken salad which really was just chicken and lettuce, it was not very good. Overall it’s a nice environment but I think a bit hyped up for what it is. In total it was about $33 including a small tip. Wouldn’t return most likely.

Better than subway not as good as JMike. As for services. I was waiting for my order at the pick up counter but the employee told me they'll call my name when it's ready. Cool no problem. While waiting I see more than 4 different orders piling up and no one delivering or calling out names. Still, cool no problem. I see a potential order, that looks like mine. Getting piled up with 5 other orders. I didn't want to push and waited. I waited over 20 minutes from the time I paid at the register. Decided my steak sandwich was going to get cold and so I went to the counter. That order that I thought was mine was mine... Also forgot. Cash register guy says he doesn't have change for $100. Luckily I had a $50. He definitely had enough change for $300...

Great food however every single time I order for pick up the order is incorrect. Things are missing or the items are not what I ordered. Customizations aren’t followed. It’s a shame because the food is good when it is right. The number of times that the orders have had problems is unacceptable. The staff is usually friendly.
