She was nice but was the first person I’d ever been to that didn’t even try to pluck any of the left over hairs. I have a lot. If it wasn’t my private area I’d upload a photo. Luckily they offer free touch ups but it’s an inconvenience of having to go in again and having to tip again after just getting waxed.

Carla does such a great job every time I get any waxes done by her, she’s quick, consistent and makes me feel comfortable. She’s so lovely and easy to talk to as well, I will always book with Carla! :)
