Why is the doors always closed when I get a mobile order? It’s making waste my last 15 min break literally just waiting on a long line of other cars when it would’ve taken me 2 minutes tops to get my drink if I walked up to the door and just grabbed it. And also it’s not the first time it’s happened, as a matter of fact this happens quite often. So my proposition is that u either turn off mobile orders half an hour before closing the doors or keep the doors open if mobile orders are on. It seems to be a management issue to be honest because besides that workers are amazing and they’re doing a great job despite being understaffed.

It used to be that when you went to Starbucks the coffee was burning hot🔥. The first sip was taken at your own risk. Unfortunately those days are gone. This was the second time we ordered hot coffee and it came out lukewarm. So you can imagine after a few minutes of sitting the coffee was cold😂. I usually don't like piping hot coffee, but if I wanted cold coffee, their iced coffee is really good. Unfortunately here in Southern California the temperatures are in the 40s. It really is hot coffee weather. Starbucks, the coffee is really good served hot as well as cold. Especially if hot coffee is what you're expecting.

I go to starbucks every day and this is by far the worst store ive been to. Very snappy staff and much more interested in hanging out with each other that serving any customers. Bummer store.

Horrible place. This morning went to get my pre ordered food. Online it states they are open at 5 am . So I walked up to go inside and get my order. Doors were locked with no sign stating drive thru was open only, instead the staff just stares at you with their sad grouchy faces like you’re doing something wrong. So I go through the drive thru to get my food to find my drink half way full and they gave me a food bag that’s empty. Staff needs to fix their grumpy faces , if you don’t like working there then don’t work there, and corporate fix your hours of operation online

This is the worst drive through ever! 9 out of 10 times it’s a 10 minute wait to get through the drive through. I’ve finally decided to skip this location as it’s so close to my house. Instead I wait and drive down the hill to Camarillo. In and out in just minutes.

The drive thru is a little small, so there's usually cars lined up within the parking lot during the morning rush. This is understandable. However, this morning, I was handed a drink in the drive thru with a loose lid, which then spilled all over me and the inside of my car. I had to ask for napkins to sop up the mess, and the only offer of help I received after that was an assurance that I would not be charged for the drink and food I ordered. No apology was made. Very lackluster customer service during this incident. I most likely won't come back to this location.

I came in off the road to use the restroom and grab a drink, we had 2 hours left of our drive. We have made this location our pit stop a few times. I ordered and paid with a $100 bill and it got awkward quickly. The cashier stopped and just handed the money to a guy who started feeling the money and giving her looks. It was quiet for about 3 minutes. I asked if there was an issue (I got the $ from a bank teller so I knew it was real) to which he informed me he was testing with his fingers to see if it was real. I promptly asked why he didn’t just take out the pen. He stated “they don’t do those here.” So your going to just make it very awkward for us is a better solution. I’m aware cash is strange now, however I’ve never experienced something like this. I won’t return, and also won’t use cash anymore 😂😂 #DutchBros 🤙🏽

Probably will never come here again. Ordered the hot peach tranquility tea (hot water and a tea bag), there was a line so I knew it would be a wait. Couple mins and people after me a lady ordered and stood waiting. Then she went to complain and the barista stopped making drinks in order to help her. We all have places to be and when you walk in and see a line you should expect to wait too. This frustration led to me not even wanting to drink this tea after waiting 20 mins for it.

Piece of the coffee maker that was in my Americano. Manager on duty didn’t seem too concerned about what a big health risk this is.

This location is a bright star in this bleak location self proclaimed "flag city". After a miserable stop for gas I entered this Starbucks and felt at home. The service was warm and friendly. Coffee was great.

Yea someone gave me the best damn water I've ever had today around 3:10 pm. Like it was dank af and really good water 11/10 would go back

I went through Drive Up yesterday The wait was so long that I will never use it again. And my drink was definitely not up to par.

Closing time is 8:30 for the drive thru, but apparently 7:30 for the cafe. Not a huge deal if it was posted as such, but here and on the door of the location it says 8:30. So when you drive to meet someone after work and then you get told to leave, it’s a bummer. It would be great if you could change the posted hours here and in person. Thanks

One of my favorite locations! Drive-through or sitting in the outside tables is always relaxing and enjoyable.

Amazing employees who work there. Great drinks to start anytime of the day( when their open :) had one employee come check on me when he notice a weird activity going on. He asked if I was okay 👍 and let me know if anything weird activity occurs, to come get the employees that work there. He didn't have to do that. Very proud of everyone who works there. I Had a rough day and that simple of act of kindness got me to feel better.

Very pleased with my experience at this Starbucks. The red headed girl naned Caitlan(I think) was very happy to take my order and gave me great customer service even though I get a very complicated drink to accommodate my health issues. she definitely deserves to be a higher status at this store and hope that they hire more people like Caitlan!

The refreshers with coconut milk are so good. Every single one of them. I drink them so fast every time. Yummmm

Went through the drive thru at this location. They were pretty good at making through the line. I got a Grande Pink Drink and the Turkey Pesto sandwich. It was perfect. The sandwich was nice and warm and the pick drink was the perfect cool temperature. The lady at the cash window was also super nice. You could tell that she has a great personality and was smiling. Always a plus to have smiling service! She was also patient as I figured out how to bring my rewards up on my phone.

Why must I continually argue with Starbucks employees about how many shots go in the drinks. Why aren't they being trained the difference berween iced and hot venti beverages. It baffles the mind.
