I recently took my car for the 8th service and was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff Mr Martin was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed about the progress of the work being done on my car. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, and the work was completed in a timely manner and I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs.

Vary bad customer service. It is like a government office😏. I spend my whole day here for service, even it's paid service. I feel very bad. I recommend all to buy a vechile only after checking their customers support after sale 🙏

Tata service is really improving day by day...came to check an engine oil warning signal for my safari..I had to travel all the way to trivandrum, and service was quick and they rectified the issue within few minutes...A lounge place for waiting would have been ideal.

Went there today to fix a minor issue. Nothing is going to happen. They will continue their irresponsible behaviour. They even tell their name when they call a customer. I am an EV Owner. Superb vehicle. But without the authorised dealer's technical support team, we can't survive. They are far far away from these stories. 👍

Worst experience i get from tata hyson poonkunnam yesterday. I gave my tata tigor for service 4 days back they asked me to leave the vehicle their for 3 days to fix the problem And yesterday i got my vehicle when I drive back to home the complaints started again. And also they charged me 11000rs as service cost

To my fellow EV owners. Don't service your vehicle here. They spilled water inside my Nexon EV battery pack and my car got stuck in Coimbatore Highway the next day. Now I need to get the battery replaced by sending it to Pune. The sadest part is that, they don't even care what happened to us and won't even bother to call up and support in the hour of need! Have used may cars from different brands, but Hyson Tata stands out - you know what I mean.

Very very bad service by Tata motors,3 rd time I visited showroom with the same issue,yet not cleared. CRM, service manger is not picking up the call.The company will call in the case of earning, otherwise the call will not be taken.I will never choose and refer tata vehicle to anyone.

I bought a Tata Tiago XTA model car from Hyson Motors this last Saturday after purchase and after reaching home during full inspection the bonnet bushings and the heating card under the bonnet were missing as well as the previous year left side door was difficult to close.

The worst service I ever experienced in my life. I strongly believe that the staff members are inadequately trained in professional service. Even for getting an information we will have to chase them for weeks leaving behind all our work.

I recommended the tata car service showroom. For buying products please go other dealers and finally go to hyson then they will give you a best quote.

Never get undercoating done on Hyson motors, it would be better to get it done from outside.

I have bought multiple cars from them. The sales service is amazing. The showroom itself is very welcoming. There’s always tea, coffee and water unlimited. The whole team is very cooperative and works towards our goals. There are always some teething issues with new cars and they helped me resolve them the first time around. I would still go back to them for my next vehicle. I would say a better bathroom requirement in the showroom might be the only negative I would have to say if I was pressed. The ones in service are great.

I recently visited this car service center, and I'm pleased to give it a 4-star review. The staff was professional and courteous. They efficiently handled my car's maintenance, and the service was completed on time. The only reason for not giving it a 5-star rating is that the waiting area could have been more comfortable. Nonetheless, I would recommend their services for quality car maintenance.

I went to check on Punch Model.. Raphi gave me test drive... excellent customer service e and guidance. Have always found Hyson to be the best for Car selection.. my earlier two buys were also from Hyson. Prompt responses and great technical support..

Pathetic service, ...had gone today to get accessories installed ...driving 60 kms to this place ...after delivering the vehicle in the morning ..they asked me to wait for 3.5 hours and latter I was shocked to see they have not even started the work ..they conveniently forgot ..and only after i complained to manager they started to work on it ...would update if their work quality is upto mark soon. No wonder we can't go for tata even if cars are good

Beware! Hyson Motors Cares Little About Customers and Breaks Promises. Review: My purchase experience with Hyson Motors was a complete nightmare. They clearly have no interest in satisfying customers or keeping their promises. Arrogant behavior from the senior team when we follow up on the delay. It took 220 days for them to deliver a booked car. Always hesitant to give a proper answer regarding the delay. They charge 200 - 400 % of the original price on their insurance and accessories. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They don't care about you, only your money. I hope TATA brings a new dealership in Thrissur.

Hyson never fails to impress. Was suspecting a glitch with my vehicle. Got it checked and sorted in an hour. The advisor was calm, pleasant and helpful. Had a great experience during the first service as well.
