Came there for making a passport photo with date and name embedded for an exam. Minimum count for passport photo is 6 copy. Ok no problem. But the staff told me all 6 passport photo will be in same format with date and name.I told him that actually I want one photo with date and name , remain 5 copies u gve me without date and name, so it will be useful for my future purpose. He told me that its not possible as per instruction from the management . What a foolish instruction, just use common sense. I cant use that remaining 5 copies for any purpose . I think Customer requirement is not a big thing for them. I came to another studio in the town and they gave me photos as per my requirement very easily. There minimum copy is 4 and paid only 100 . Here 300 rupees for that non sense. I will never recommend this studio . Foolish attitude. Informed this thing in all my family groups, relatives and friends group. Tradition and experience are good. Times have changed. A bad comment will travel very fast today. Common sense should be on top of everything. anybody from my family will never come there again. Thankz a lot.

Perfect example of a studio where photographers can ruin your day and finally end up in a bad photograph (i know i dont look good myself... but that is a separate issue!). I mean they had good energetic professional photographers in the past. But now, the situation is pathetic.

This place has been here for really long. They have all photography related services and sales of equipment s like cameras, lightings etc. I typically come here for taking passport photos and other small requirements. It is right at the start of the MG road and has ample parking space both in front of the studio and towards the back. Prices are bit more as compared to smaller studios. Some of the staff attitude isn't that great though.

Poor attitude by employees. When I asked for a cover to put the print out that I bought from colour house, the person at the reception refused to provide one. It doesn't matter to me that they did not prove the cover, but the way he refused was not how a business should treat a customer. I will not be returning to colour house ever.

Very bad , don't even know what Polaroid means and instead gives us a big photo. Very bad customer service. Very rude.

Just now paid 150₹ for 6 copies of passport size photo by giving basic information regarding us. Actual photo was taken in 2019. Waiting time was below 30mins

Very very bad behaviour from the staffs....rude behaviour.....the frame charges are very high compared to the near places... I AM ask 12* 10 photo in color house they want 650 RS.....I asked the the same photo frame inthe nearest studio they ask only 250 RS.... OTHER CHARGES ARE ALSO HIGH.....NOT RECOMMAND IN THIS PLACE......

I went there because of an emergency and they where very helpfull. It took less than 15 minutes to get a photo. Great place.

recently i visited their showroom for buying a DSLR camera.there is lot of Nikon DSLR camera demo displayed i took one camera they one of staff tell that dont touch the camera i am shocked what type of attitude is this ?
