Centrally located at the junction , very useful for public to have tiffin , snacks, lunch and dinner. Quick service by dedicated staff Full house at Lunch time offerring both Veg and Nonveg dishes. This restaurant made me Nostalgic with memories ICH on MG road, Bangalore , I used to visit during 1980's. Cutlets, Masaladosas , coffee was famous there and here in trichur also. Staff uniform if like a heritage one. Over all good experience here .

Budget restaurant with good food As it is the oldest chain of hotels, they still maintain their standards. Two coffee houses in thrissur town. one at North (Vadakke) Stand near Kairali Theatre and another near Jos theatre in Swaraj Round. Both are famous for breakfast dishes as well as lunch meals. In the heart of town. Very crowded. Limited menu

Got in for a quick bite. The place looks shabby. Took a long time to servce tea and cutlet. An Indian coffee house can do far better. They should definitely improve their cleanliness. The food was hopeless. There is a common parking area. An egg sandwich is just fried eggs inside bread pieces. Cold Cutlet was served smeared with sauce that doesn't even taste like anything. Limited parking is available in front of the building.

Indian Coffee House, a renowned chain in Kerala, has been delighting patrons for years. The food is satisfactory, providing a taste of authenticity. Operating in an old building, the ambiance is below average. Be prepared for limited parking space, which can be challenging.

This one near Private bus stand never disappoints in the quality of food. Taste is same since so many years. Especially Masala dosa, vada, cutlet and coffee. There's token system for meals. Lunch time will be crowded mostly. Affordable, good food and good service. There's a slight lack in maintenance and cleanliness. There's no wheelchair ramp but entrance can be made accessible with assistance.

Beef cutlet and beef omelette is heavenly. The sauce and salad is too good. The service is amazing and price is pretty good for all dishes. UPI/Card payments available, car parking might be an issue.

Coffee house is nice. But the waiters are very arrogant, angry faces. Speaking very slowly, if we ask pl louder, they will moove from there without any response, worst experience.

I do not recommend these branch of Indian coffee house. We went to have breakfast, but no one attended us. Seated in the available table, which was near window. Waited for long time.. They didn't even change water glass after taking plates and cleaning table. The glass with water left by someone is served for us. They just gave additional glasses of water. Glass tumblers were also not clean. Table wasn't wiped neatly. Lazy service, poor hygiene. We waited there for long and finally left the place without ordering food.

Consistency is the key word. The twenty years that I have eaten here the taste has always been consistent! Try the coffee and cutlets Edit(2022): I have to eat my words now. The cutlets tasted horrible and the chicken cutlets had no chicken. So sad to see this place go down the drain

Indian Coffee House - you cannot resist the temptation of Masala Dosa and Coffee from here. Add cutlets to make it a complete meal. Lovely experience. The dining area has been set keeping in mind social distancing requirements. Outstanding service, as usual!

Below average food quality. Dirty dress for service people. Lot of dining space in upstairs too. Old appearance.

This is one of the restaurants in Thrissur who is maintaining the consistency of the product they serve. Its having the same taste as before. The menu items have increased while compared to olden days. Once the order is given the waiter may not ask what else is required they sometimes bring the bill also along which is the thing I noticed to be changed here. Must try items include beef cutlet, beef omelet, Bombay toast, cold coffee, porotta n beef roast and of course coffee.

An average typical Indian Coffe House in Thrissur. Had a chicken biriyani when visited last. It was good, with adequate quantity of rice and chicken. It was a typical biriyani.

  • 3/5 Ramesh K. 2 years ago on Google
Not the quality what they are famous for... quantity us good, but not the taste what ICH is known for. Porotta is just like a maida dosa...too bad

  • 5/5 Avinash K. 2 years ago on Google
Safe bet, been customer since early 2000s, great coffee and cutlet for evening snacks, biriyani or porotta and beef/chicken curry. Always served hot and fresh with best service. Really makes customer feel like a king👑

Indian coffee house can do much better.. it's the same from years.. no renovation no upgradation.. food is not that great but since it's near to the bus stop people drop in for a quick bite and tea / coffee.. the floors , walls , tables all need a change. Even the cutlery seems so very old... High time for a change

  • 4/5 N T. 3 years ago on Google
It's an old and well famous hotel in this area. Food they provide is delicious and healthy. Mostly employees and middle class families visit here. It's not a star restaurant but if you have to know vibe of Thrissur, then it's a must visit place.

Tasty food at a reasonable price within the close proximity to the Thrissur North Bus stand. Special love for ICH cutlets, coffee & masala dosa. Seating arrangements near the wash room & kitchen could have been improved over time in-terms of utility, looks and cleanliness.

Today evening i visited here for having tea.. Wr had tea with vada.. I dont have any complaint about the food which they served.. Because i enjoyed tea and uzhunnu vada with chammanthi..but i felt their discipline in dressing and cleanliness came down.. Earlier the suppliers look like really royal but today i didnt felt anything like that.. So pls keep your discipline, thats what make you successful earlier... All the best..

It's a nice and spacious location to chill out. I had snacks and coffee; the coffee was wonderful, but the Vada and chutney were ordinary.

Sunday breakfasts at ICH Thrissur is something I miss even to this day. A lively place to catch up with friends and grab a cup of coffee with some snacks. My favorites include Bombay Toast, Beef-Omlete and the iconic vegetable cutlet.

This has enough space. Hygiene condition is average can be improved. The standard of food is same and good. Good place to have discussions with a cup of tea. Service is good. Special item is cutlet. Budget friendly restaurant. Facilities available are vehicle parking, mobile charging points, restrooms neat and clean.

Food quality has gone down drastically! Had 2 days back from there and both of us had stomach problems! Didn't expect that from coffee house! Started a few hours right after having food from there. Had no other meal from outside that day nor after that. Just because we didn't die, nobody would accept it as an issue I guess! But neither of us nor someone we know is not going to this place again! Had porotta, chicken curry, veg cutlet, omelette and coffee.

This restaurant is situated near Vadakke Busstand and is easily accessible. Spacious as it is and have an upper deck service also. There is an area for hand wash and toilet both are not properly maintained. Food is also not up to mark. The kitchen area is also not maintained properly. The only thing is you will get both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food of an average profile.

We gone here with previous expectations but sadly it was a disappointing experience for us. Quality of the food is not satisfying at all. We bought coffee and Ghee Roast and sadly both were disappointing. But their cutlet was good.

Indian Coffee House, I have been their regular customer before 20 years for a period of 3 years. Today and then everything is similar. Even today they have beetroot in masala dosa. That's unique. I still have a liking to this place...

The food is fine. But if we take hygiene into account I dont think this place is up to the mark. A lot to improve in terms of hygiene especially during this time. There is no proper handwash and the handwashes are even put in mineral water bottels and I wonder such a famous place not even have the money to buy some handwash bottles and to maintain their washrooms😂.
