One of the ancient Basilica in the heart of the Thrissur city. Also known as 'puthan palli'. Very attractive and energetic atmosphere for prayer.. One of the unique feature is Bible Tower which contains an adoration chappel behind the main alter and the tower which narrated the whole Bible events as pictures and history of church in kerala, specially in thrissur. We can see the entire thrissur town over there.. Also from the topview the entire church building resamples the Holy cross.

An old church with pillars just like old times. J had attended a RC holy mass in Sunday evening at 7:30 PM in Malayalam. Mind that this is the only church in the town with this time in mass. Most other churches have till maximum 7:15 PM. The church has good ambiance and peaceful state. The parking is limited and is hard to get one if you don't come in time. Peace upon you

One surprise, it got one under ground church which is usually used for silent prayer. Very much accessible from any part of thrissur. It got huge parking area for visitors.
