Experienced eye specialist's and well trained staff. Neat and clean atmosphere inside

Myself Dr. Joshie James. I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon. This’s a nice eye care centre to visit , if you’ve any eye related issues. Many of my family members have visited this centre for treatment and surgical procedures since last three years . So far, till date we’re satisfied with the patient care and management they offer. Good , reasonably clean place. Nice , staff to patient communication and assistance.Reasonably fast service. Special thanks to Dr. Viji George. ( Ophthalmologist) Only issue is parking. They offer a parking space opposite to their centre, on the other side of main road, inside a pocket road.You’ve to cross the busy road, which is quite difficult, if you’re travelling with children or older people.They do have an underground parking, but it’s not functional. But it’s a good eye care centre.👍

Yesterday we visited eye hospital. My daughter went inside hospital and I went to the hospital parking across the road. It took two minutes for me to cross the road and reach hospital. Before me reaching the site, the staff had already started the tests and immediately taken her to the doctor. Thank You for your quick response.

I am Padmanabhan U H I D 177204 had undergone treatment in Drishyam Eye care. After consultation during November 2021, I was advised to take four injections and had accepted the directions given by doctors and other staff. Again after check-up, I was undergone surgery for cataract in my right and left eyes on 21st and 24th of jan 2022 respectively. Further to the surgery, I was examined in detail on the next day as well. During the period of hospitalisation and surgery, I felt that the whole staff gave me best care; especially the doctor. In short, the service received was outstanding and I strongly recommend their service to others based on my experience. With regards.

He being too busy with eye surgery, I opted for Dr. Vijaya Kumari. Both of them are excellent doctors, if not superb. On 29th of September I underwent a surgery for cataract duly done by Dr. Viji George. I was a little scared to start with. But every thing went on very well. All review examinations were very comfortably executed. The nursing Care was unbelievably well. And so was the patient assistance. I felt very homely. I am indebted to the service I received. There's a specs section at this place. Those people are of no use and sitting there just to loot money from customers who visit there. When I went there to get a plain glass, they conveyed that for additional 500 rupees they will give more advanced glasses(branded) which will filter more UV rays from laptops and they showed a demo also for the same. But when the spec was delivered to me after few days and I have asked them to show same demo to check the filtering, then it was working as normal glass. When asked they replied(without hesitation) saying those features are only applicable for branded items only (which they assured me when I paid money initially). And they charge huge amount compared to others places. Will never suggest to visit their specs section.

Went there for Eye testing prior to renewal of Driving License. Busy place, but quick service. They also have a spectacles shop, which comes handy if the eye test reveals requirements of new eye glasses.

Went for my mom’s eye checkup and cataract surgery and I was super impressed with how professional and organized the system is. Their motto is to not overburden the patients and their families with infinite processes. Everything was clear, crisp, and on point. They explained post-operative care also patiently. The doctors are kind and do not appear irritated with multiple doubts. Would highly recommend Drishyam. One small suggestion for front desk staff: please ask the customer if they would like to wait for insurance approval before they make any pending payments for treatments. I had to inform them that I had availed cashless facility and would like to wait for insurance approval for pending amount. For someone using health insurance for the first time, not informing them about waiting time can prove confusing and they might end up making the payment themselves.

So for iam getting best service. I am frequenting drishyam for the past few years. I have no complaints till date. Let's this institution help all needy patients in the coming years.

Worst service ever seen. No value for ur time. No one has any decision on anything. Took almost 3 hr for an eye test for driving license. Don't know the switch to operate some equipment!! No professionalism at all. Never again.

They deserve more than 5 stars..but, the behaviour of the staffs in the opticals section is awful..rude and disrespectful..also i even got an expression of disdain from one of the staffs when i was reluctant to change the frame along with the lens..😐😐

It was so caring from entrance to exit. Procedures and cost of treatment was well explained. Pre op and post op councilling was so good. Above all, everything was over with an affordable rate.

Very good staff and doctors, although crowded, less time taken for eye testing.

When you go for an eye checkup u need to end up down to get your eye power printout from the spec shop inside it. And I guess it's weird. Are they sitting there to divert us to the specs shop 🤔.

All your facilities are international level. I just loved your care and your clean surrounding. But i thinkit wii be good if you take care about TV channels also. You can try common channels like news or sports.

hi tech facilities .. for eye treatment .staff customer service is exceptional. never seen such. great service anywhere .. and the best part is one never feel like a hospital .they make us feel home .. strting from the guard while parking to doctors nurses and recption i really liked they way they treat us. I would really recommend Drishyam. Even they called us to knw the well being of the patient after 24hrs .

The hospital is very good in terms of health care. However for bystanders the hospital is not supportive. There is not refreshments facilities available. There is canteen or tea stall inside the hospital. For the same we have to walk across the street. This is very inconvenient for many people.
