very poor , not even one burger was cooked properly , we had remove the chicken then eat the burger. when i called customer cafre none of them knew malayalam they ONLY knew hindi and english.

Good place to hang out with friends. Situated inside mall so that very nice and comfy. Food is good. Service is also nice. Many times been there. Whenever I am going to hometown this is one of the place I never miss to visit. KFC fan 😁

Chizza is the main attraction. Really loved the foooood. Finger liking goooood. 💕 Really nice atmosphere and great view from first floor.

This place is one of the main highlights of the Selex mall. Good place to hangout with friends. The service and ambience is also good. The packing of takeaway food is also done very neatly.

Lacklustre experience from KFC thrissur, Eastfort. The staff seems to lack sufficient experience and doesn't seem to possess the professionality usually seen in KFC outlets usually. We were served with tired looking fries and the order took around 25 minutes. (we had ordered other items as well) Other than that, situated in a great location with ample parking in the Selex mall. There is a quite spacious dining area which can a accommodate a good number of people.

Expensive as Hell!! First thing you'd notice is their overpriced chicken bucket meals (overrated imo) 530rs+GST just for 4 pcs of fried chicken.. it's insane. Even though the quantity is less for the price they charge Taste wise it's Yumm.. really delicious. Also the Dips they provide imo is too low in quantity.. other than these service and Food is all good

I just wanted to try their new double down burger and my review is strictly on the same item. Don't get deceived by the looks of double down burger ( just like any other item at KFC or any other chain). Few pieces of onion, letttuce, some sauces here and there in between chicken breasts. That's it. Felt the chicken to be undercooked as well. Plenty of scope for improvement.

Inside selex mall.I went here few days ago. We ordered a combo meal for two and chicken zinger burger.Dine is in the firstfloor. We need to collect our food from order in ground floor and move to first floor to dine in.

Very bad food quality. Don't order combo offer. It's pre packed foods which is cold one and cola is like sweet water 🙄.

It was very good and fresh. But last time when I visited they were adding more quoting to make the pieces big. So it was not a good experience. The dining area was not cleaned. Left out waste were lying on most of the table. We want the good old days of KFC

Quite good KFC. Fried chicken as always, the signature of KFC, was delicious. Also tried the tandoori zinger burger. It was good, but 1 star less because I've tasted better ones in Bangalore. The place was tidy and well maintained. Staffs were nice and welcoming.

This is my first experience. I never tasted KFC food before. we tried a 10 pc bucket and a 12 pc strip bucket. which were heavy for us. I think it's good for 5 or 6 people. The service and atmosphere were good. a lot of space for dining. what about taste?...in my personal opinion, there is nothing special to say about the taste.

I order food from this KFC using Zomato. 4pcs Hot & Crispy chicken INR 429 Tandoori Zinger Burger INR 199 Large Fries INR 119 Chicken and burger was superb. Only issue is with french fries. I recommend to avoid ordering french fries online. Only order french fries during in-shop purchases. They provide few small packs of tomato ketchup and 3 tissue papers. Overall experience is good . Usual KFC food, nothing out of blue surprises, cleanliness of its dining area in the first floor is not up to the mark. Some type of cream bun is on the menu in this outlet, not seen that in other states. Its crowded even at 10 pm and high waiting up to 20 mins.

Good as any other KFC outlet. There was a dine-in facility available,(temporarily not available due to covid restriction). You can still take out your order. No place to sit outside n eat in the mall. If you drove a car here, you can have it from your car at the parking lot , or take your order home..!

Cups with paper cover for takeaways? Are you guys that dumb? Why cant you give those in bottles? If you gonna tell me that its about being eco friendly, at least make some better carrying cups and bags. The bags you gave didn't even last a minute. And the taste, it didn't taste like KFC used to. Been a fan of KFC chicken for long time and had KFC from all over India. But this doesn't taste like KFC, just broasted chicken.

New method of marketing done by KFC introducing offers and keeping it as out of stock so the innocent customers will buy other products which make them more profit day by day I have visited store 3 consecutive days still i find a notice that due to high demand the product in offer is out of stock. The offer is only for 9 days and i visited the store last 3 days all three days this was my experience

The KFC Double Down is a fantastic choice! The 12 hot and delicious chicken strips make it a mouthwatering delight. Highly recommended!

It's a pleasant and cozy spot with ample space for hanging out with friends. Conveniently located at Selex Mall, parking is readily available. The staff's behavior was commendable, and the place was impeccably clean. It's family-friendly, although it can get a bit crowded. The food was delicious, especially the chicken burger and rice bowl, with the chicken being juicy and fresh. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
