Dr might be famous but for me she is un-professional I had taken my wife to show skin allergy at Jubilee hospital trishur from Chennai Firstly we had to wait 4 hours to see her. During consultation she was least interested to listen to our issues she was busy talking to other medical students about hospital politics. We were in her chamber for 20 mins exact but she spoke to us at the max 3 mins the remaining time she was arguing talking with other intern and students. The medicines she prescribed had no result even after 3 weeks which showed she didn’t understand my issue and prescribed something else. Wasted my full day from 7 Am to 3.30 PM moreover I travelled from Chennai to meet her after getting recommendations Never will I go to her again , rather I will consult a private clinic in my locality.

An excellent and experienced specialist in skin and cosmetics. But a service become excellent when it is implemented in a usable way. Queue/Booking system is very unplanned. No one knows what time you get treated. They can't even tell you approx time you should come there. Just wait for hours until your token being called. Token handling person should have proper communication and behavior.

Very bad attitude of the doctor. Doesn't even have time to listen to the patient. I went because of my hair fall issue and she asked me to take a covid test!!!! Doesn't even have the patience to listen to the actual symptoms one is explaining. Received prescription for some multivitamins and left. Very arrogant behavior. And such a bad experience. Very very bad booking system. They ask you to call at 20.30 to boom.but they would have kept the phone off.since my issue was pretty bad,I went up there one day at q0.30 to book in person and there I saw that the phone has beenkept off .even though I was the first one to book that day,they asked me to come st 5.and then waited an hour before I cud meet doctor. Very ridiculous booking system even after ages !!

Very rude doctor, Dr. Mercy Paul. Not listening to our concern completely. She was cutting me repeatedly while I was telling her. No close examination of the concern we are there for. No privacy for patient as window from the consultation room is wide open for outsiders to see. Doctor is in a hurry to get over with the consultation. Reception lady was just as rude. Too much time is lost here for waiting alone. And yes, one thing they do properly is take the money 💸

Please dismiss or terminate this Dr .Mercy Paul from her Doctor profession...she is not at all eligible as a doctor than a human...Patient is first ..for her ...her Attitude... Doctor's are next to God .but because of such useless and arrogance doctor the entire Doctor profession feel shame ....God will answe her today performance to one patient ..where she intentionally treated that patient and family in such a bad way...PLEASE TERMINATE HER...WITHOUT US HOW SHE CAN BECOME DOCTOR ..ONLY WITH US HER LIFE IS COMPLETE ....REMIND ...

Don’t waste your time here. The worst receptionist I have ever met in a clinic. She does not care about our booking, consulting time or estimated visit time. Does not even care that we have children with us, regardless of the crowd and potential infection chances, asked us to wait there. When we decided to go and come back after some time (to avoid exposure to crowd) she told us we can’t see the doctor if we come back and skip the booked slot then, she told we can’t see the doctors even in the case if we wait for our turn till the last patient remaining. Such a nonsense of policy for a clinic. Not recommended at all.

Rude behavior from doctor and staff, no respect for patient's privacy. I went to consult for my mom and during our consultation time, staff members were coming inside the room unexpectedly. Instead of listening to the patient's concerns, doctor was chatting with the staff and making bad comments about other patients. Doctor was not at all willing to listen to our concerns and was very arrogant towards us. They're only bothered about money and their behavior is extremely disrespectful to the entire medical profession. Doctor may or may not be an expert in their field but they don't know how to behave well to the patient. I won't recommend this doctor to anyone.

Doctor is not hearing the patients fully, just a casual look and need to complete maximum number of patients.. I was not satisfied with the doctor. Also, informed us to take covid antibody test - we clearly said we had covid vaccine still insisted us to go for test. Seeing the report she said, the patient had covid- we thought we will have another medicine surprisingly she said to continue with the same medicine. Don’t know why she want us to take the test??

Very bad experience. The primary consideration is money. i booked an appotment, but i need to wait more than 1hr to consult the doctor . you need to pay more than 750 to get express appointment. Even they charge 350 for normal appointment, dont know why they provide appointment. if u have enough time to spend and want to see new things like express appointment, semi express appointment , normal appointment , and with out appointment then u can go and enjoy your time. Very bad experience.

I was having Urticaria but I didnt know that I thought it will be some skin problem. doctor treated me for skin rash and the medicine made me sleep all day. medicine gave me a temporary relief. If you have itchiness on you skin first find it whether it is urticaria or not. If its urticaria dont go to her go to an allergist. not to skin specialist it is a waste of money and time

I went here for treatment 3 times. she gave me dandruff treatment. It was not getting any relief. Finally I decided to consider another doc. He said it is psoriasis and I conformed also. I wasted my money and time with her. She could not recognize even that after 3 consultation.

She has been famous around here in Thrissur, from the time of my parents. Which is why I decided to consult her 3 times, even with that absurd booking system.The Doctor and Staff were rude for no apparent reason. She was not at all interested in listening to my concerns or checking my condition and kept on prescribing the same medicine everytime. When I told her that I was having allergic reactions to the medicine she prescribed, she started blaming me. I'm definitely not happy with her service and will not recommend her to anyone I know.

Very bad experience.. Today we went there to consult this doctor. She doesnt have the patience to listen the problems of the patients.. And she didn't know how to maintain privacy while checking the patients. She is only have money centered personality.

Recently i had a very bad experience from Dr. Nima( daughter of mercy). She was very rude and not even interested to hear us- was surprised the way she behaved to my mom. I purposly skipped Mercy paul based on my previous experience, the daughter Nima doesnt make any differenev from Mercy paul. So better go to a good skin specialist or even waiting for a good doctor will make more sense i suggest. I should have cheked the reviw here before i made the booking.

The medicine Giver temporary relief but as soon the medicine stops it gets severe and first of all she doesn't have the patience to listen the patient and she herself goes to the conclusion that's not fair and she should take a look and time for treating a patient I felt she is Money motivated

She is the worst dermatologist I have ever consulted with.. I went for acne mark removal and she suggested with some micro needling procedure before laser.. I did both as she prescribed it and now I am left with permanent holes and marks on my face. I would strongly suggest people to find some alternate dermatologist

For seeing doctor first we have to convince the receptionist..those two are the worst than doctors! Doctor can have ego but receptionist who has more .. doesn't know!! We go to doctors for help but here doctor may be good she won't listen to us and nothing explain they care about money only

Very good experience.. I did cautery from the clinic .. The area is now devoid of any scars.. Seen lot of people complain of waiting time.. You go to so many other places and wait like a movie theatre, shopping complex but no body complains.. Can't understand why people are so impatient while consulting doctors. They are not sitting idle, they are dealing with someone else's problem..

Mercy Paul is a skilled doctor, but the booking system is problematic. They doesn't answer the phone during the booking period, and after it ends, they claim that bookings are closed. This situation can be frustrating for people and may feel like they are being mocked.

A doctor should be the one who makes patient feel better. I was really disgusted with the rude, infuriating behavior and treatment that I received. Never ever going back to her.

Such a dirty character of staff in this clinic. I never rrecommend any one to the clinic. Not keeping any basic manners to the clients. Very bad. Pelase keep some basic hospitality.

Wish I could give negative stars.. today we had an appointment with Dr. Nima Teresa Andrew. She didn't do any treatment, didn't even listen to our concerns, didn't even take a look at the issue.. asked us to come for a follow-up next week and today's consultation fees 500. The whole meeting lasted less than 2 minutes and I requested for a topical cream for acne and she was like, oh no, just do laser .. and it will need 6 or more sittings and no topical. I thought all the reviews were biased until I went through that experience, even if one person rethinks by this review I would feel better for saving his / her time ( 1 and half hour waiting and 2 mins of so called consultation, where doctor was half sleeping, not even looking at us, like a zombie).
