It is one of the old and a good hotels present in thrissur town. This hotel had undergone restoration works and now it is so amazing. There is a large variety of menu available here. The seating capacity of this hotel is less when compared to other new hotels in thrissur. But the special dishes of this hotel can never replaced by any other hotels.

Excellent food .This was the only restaurant i could find which served that was both budget friendly and also tasty food.i happened to find out it was one of the oldest restaurant in thrissur.i would happily recommend it to anyone .

The restaurant has an average sized dining area. Family dining area is divided into another part. Food is available with good quality and moderate cost. Parking area is very limited. So if you are coming in a car, it would be hard to find a place to park in a busy area like this. The furniture and other areas are always kept clean. Washroom is available. Mobile payments accepted.

Best kerala meals and beef fry. Popular among the locals. Bit crowded all the time and not highly hygienic but yeah it's a good place for tasty food within a budget.

Hero hotel, one of the oldest hotel in Thrissur town.  It is in the prime location at palace road just opposite to Sahithya Academy near to Pulimoottil and Kalyan silks.  Its an average size hotel and serve veg and non veg food.  Not very expensive,  a veg meal cost only 50 rupees at hero hotel.  Toilet facilty available, cleaniless is average. There is no parking facility. Cool drinks and chinese food also available.

Chilly Chicken was tasty for the price charged. But these people gave me old stale parotta while everyone else in the restaurant got fresh one I don't know why this has happened. The cashier is not friendly and patient, Rude. Then Chicken Fry small 3 pcs for Rs. 100 that is disappointing.

Oldest hotel in palace road. Food is ok. Food Service is fast and affordable. After renovation restaurant looks more presentable and hygienic.

Hotel Hero is one of the oldest restaurants in Trissur. Its located opposite to Kerala Sahithya Academy. You get varieties of food here at a reasonable price. They serve breakfast, lunch, tea with snacks and dinner. Kakka roast, egg curry, duck roast, chicken biryani, beef dry fry, masala dosa, porotta etc are their highlights. There are even more varieties of food here. Average cost for 2 ppl is approximately ₹300/-

The food is very bad don't have food from here. Today I had chicken biryani from here and it wasn't tasty and my niece and me started vomiting now. Poor quality food avoid it if you care about your health

Worst food no clean .oneday I buy dosa from this restaurant for my daughter.she ate this dosa after some hours she is vomiting 🤮 and also stomach upset for 3 days.

I had chapati and chilli gopi there, but I can't say it was very good food. Has an average taste.The hotel gets busy at night time but not staffed accordingly.And various types of sweets are available here.

I do not hate this place. It is just another street corner restaurant serving veg n nonveg dishes. The place is reasonably clean and service is courteous too. Some of their dishes are best in town (at times); means they are not able to maintain a consistent quality and taste. Prices are reasonable. Daytime crowd is a mixture of office goers and shoppers. However, they provide value for the money to their clients.

Please do not visit this place, it's crowded as anything,lacks the ambience and the taste which is associated with Kerala meals.
