Josco had been one of the choice for me since few years. Whenever, i visit Kerala make sure to drop-in here for purchase. Varities of options in any gold ornaments and sales team are really helpful. I will suggest to visit once if you plan to buy any ornaments. If this review is helpful do give like and share the review. Worst ever experience in Josco ,had to wait almost 15 mins for some one to attend ,the staff couldn't even offer a glass of water even after asking , I had good experience in Bangalore brach with the same expectations came to Thrissur chembukkav branch, had a bad experience ,i dont think I will go again to this place .Gold is gold where ever we buy ,let's go to the place where customers are respected and treated.

the staff attended us was not friendly..we went there to buy an earring for our kid and I felt he wanted us to take something and leave...he don't want to spend his time for that 'small dealing' evidently..

I had purchased a diamond bangle from there and it broke after 6 months so I got it repaired from there, The very next day that bangle broke in the same place. I raised an issue But they were really not concerned about that and later gave me a solution to replace it. But i am not satisfied by the way they treated the issue

Horrible Parking experience just few minutes back. The security behaved so badly when there was lot of space to park, I decided not to enter the shop and drove off.

Parking is a problem around the swaraj centre. The shop on High Road has average parking. While the spread rate between sell and buy of gold coins is 10%, these folks charged 80rs per gram on coin sale with some ridiculous reasoning. Not sure if this is so generally.

Josco jewellers near mithunapilly Kshethtam. It is a large building for jewels. It is a popular and busy jewellery. Pure gold and many models are available.

Just a shop that sells gold. I felt that the music is a little bit noisy and that gave the feeling that it is a shopping place. Big place and also slightly crowded. Enough parking available in the backside.

On 23-5-2022 I had visited Josco to exchange my old gold for new.Two salesmen (whose names I know and will inform the owners about them on my next visit to kerala ) CHEATED me.They stole 5 beads of gold .They said they have to BREAK the stones on the gold beads and so the stones cannot be removed or returned to me. They stole the 5 beads of gold.They are both in connivance.,very sweet talkers,and overtly friendly.So beware.

This is a review of the products I purchased a few months back from Josco. I bought a diamond bracelet and a diamond pendant with a chain. The choices were not much to my liking but since I had less time to visit other stores, I decided to shop from here. I am glad I got the best of whatever they were having. The employees were friendly and very attentive. The store is spacious and was not very crowded. After a happy purchase, I started wearing the chain with the pendant and got many compliments, but the downside is that my hair strands easily get trapped in the chain hook and break often, this continued until I stopped wearing it permanently. The diamond bracelet is again an eye-catching piece, but the fittings come loose from the first day itself. The fastening clasp is poorly made; it never remains fastened at all. I am not comfortable wearing it outside thinking that no matter how much I care, I will lose it. What's the purpose of beautiful jewels that are not functional? Disappointed with my purchase. I am located so far away and can't possibly get it fixed :(

I went to purchase ring for my mom. There were no enough collections available. However, there are lot of fancy ring collections available. As this is a wholesale shop the prices especially the making charges was less compared to the jewellers itself.

Josco Jewellers had changed the sitting format for the customer's when I had visited the showroom to purchase ear ring for my wife which is customer friendly and spacious. Three cheers for the new innovative idea as that space was available but used for giving gifts along with the purchases jewellery. That section is arranged with little space at the side which is more than enough.

Josco jewellers at Thrissur is situated at palace road. Spacious perking with a cool atmosphere with full of trees. Jewelry is rich in collection of ornaments which of the taste of Thrissur. People with a taste for fancy items could not meet their expectations here. Service to customers has to improved. All rest are good.
