Bad customer officer and there is no collection for any vivo models when i get there i seen customer shouted at the customer officer and he left and the reason is very funny because of the staffs behaviour towards the customer is bad they don't care the customers and goods takes two weeks and above to get here and friends in some local store we can get those items in ready in minutes i think that vivo doesn't care their customers or they don't pay them well and for the corona virus saftey they don't care about corona i think the drinking water can is no good and the tissue they give us is not looking good and there is no masks and sanitizers are very bad to look and they offering too much prize for everything and the time lag So friends don't trust this service center

Went Vivo service centre for my iqoo original charger and cable. As this office was on 5th floor and not easy for elders to reach. The item was not in stock also it took more than one week to arrive, moreover I've to follow up many times for it. They charge 2000₹ for a charger and yet no commitment for their customer. Totally unprofessional approach from a tech company. Wish I don't have to go there again 😤

They're fast in service, same day delivery,but after these corona issue,someadays they taking long time for spare parts,spare parts for old model handsets are very difficult to get.its taking very long time sometimes they telll they didn't get the spares of old model.they will repair mobiles in a fast and gentle manner.ive got my handset repaired in thirty minutes one day.we can get some of models with a cheaper price than other unauthorised shops,with a better quality and ninety days warranty they provide there.it is very difficult to get there.service center is in third floor,and there is no lift in there,a lonely place theye are the only one in that floor

I feel a little bit difficult to find this place because it is situated in the top floor of that building. They have maintained a great hygienic atmosphere there. But their customer satisfaction is just average. They may take some time for the servicing of your phone.Free Door step pick up and drop in are available when you contact their customer care number. I don't know if that has a limit of distance.

The service at the service centre was good. They had aske me to give a call to enquire about the availability of the display via phone.. I've been calling them daily. But till this date they haven't attended my call. Kindly suggest an alternative number to get in touch with the service centre as i need to get my cell phone repaired at the earliest.

I dont like the customer support from vivo .Two times i purchased a mid range vivo phones .Phone was okey ,perfomance was also good , i got a complaint to the display ,i directly contact to vivo autherised service centre and they says that the parts production is closed ,didnt get the original parts . I purchased this phone just only two years .With in 2 years you stop the production of parts thin why you launched these types of phone . They offer some alternative solutions like 20 per discount to purchase a new vivo phone . But i have a lot of datas in my phone , what kind of security did you provide for the customers . If i purchase a new vivo phone after 1 year you stopped the parts production , thin why i purchase new vivo phone . I dont think that its an alternate solution .As a vivo user , im not satisfied ! Now i upgrade to samsung ,before that i take enquiry about parts . All parts are now available 6 years before launched samsung phones . Display quality ,camera quality , touch , everything, mainly customer support , i can say that samsung is much more better than vivo .

The staff 9/10 The customer lounge 9.5/10 Excellent servicing, even though i went there on a day that had lesser staffs, they managed to clear my issues and servicing pretty quickly. And i think this is the only company that provides service and replacement of products a bit more customer friendly. I've seen many companies and service centre trying to deny any free services to the customer even if they have everything under warranty., But vivo has outdone everything. Even though my warranty had expired,they chose to look at the present condition of the device and bill it based on the condition. And I've got my repairs done for zero expenses. I dont think any other companies does this nowadays. Most of them deny even if its under warranty, even they use a small scratch as excuse to deny the warranty claims . So overall I'd say its a 9/10 for vivo and its service centre.
