    I went there to service my fossil watch which I brought through online. This shop was in the list of official fossil service centres and collection points.     The store has an okay collection of fashion watches and entry-level Swiss watches and Seikos. But service sucks. They wash their hands off after the watch is sold, ask you to get your watch serviced with the authorised service centre - which in some cases may be in a far-off metro, or even non-existent. And some salesmen lack basic courtesy while dealing with after-sales matters.

    1. Staffs are friendly. 2. RADO dealer in Thrissur. 3. Not much collection of watches below 1 lakh price range.

    Good collection of premium watches. Staff have proper knowledge about what they are selling. Good customer service. If they add more options on economic range of watches it will be all rounder shop for all. Need to increase collection on clocks too. Over all a recommendable shop from my side

    They never pick the phone. Once u give ur watch for service, they will tell `` it will take 2-3 days to get the service done`` we have to go directly to know whether the service of watch has been done or not, they are not going to pick the both landline and mobile . A small advice,if u dealing with premium watches ,ur services also should be premium, otherwise it's a disaster
