No issues regarding the test results which seems consistent. Behavior of the staff is very poor here. At diagnostic center, when you see tests running with your blood, urine and other body samples, the least what you expect is good and kind behavior from the staff and this becomes very important. But this you won't get in DDRC SRL Diagnostics.

I did my 9 th month pregnancy ultrasound scan on 9 th August 2021 from DDRC Thrissur and I got a faulty result. I redid the scan next day from another scanning center and got the correct result. After my experience, even my sister told me she got an incorrect scanning result from DDRC Thrissur. I complained on their website and got no reply. Worst experience.

Pathetic experience. The staff are not even properly doing their jobs. My gender was mistyped as a Female and i complained to them to change it to Male. But even after the result was published, it was Female. I just hope the result will be correct after i paid good money for it. Careless and costly too compared to others. Interested in getting the money into their pockets but not interested to do their jobs properly.

Worst service ,not even picking up the calls and results are not fwding ,worst experience self waited for 1 day for the result Highly not recommended better go for another lab service if you need the lab report on time , They don't even bother to here the issues ,useless staffs and poor management

Unhygienic and staff behaviour is very poor. Especially from the ultrasound sound scanning department. Government medical College is far far better.

On my recommendation my sister had been to your lab. She told me that the toilet is very uncomfortable congested. All other facilities are good. Only because of this she discontinued going to your lab. I just shared an experience. Please take care.

Not recommendable.Came for RFT,levied fees of Rs.500 whereas in the similar branches of DDRC (Mulankunathukkavu)the rate is Rs.275. When asked about high rate they replied that they are considering urine analysis. Without any intimation to the patients ,other than the recommended tests they are conducting additional tests at their own discretion thereby hiking the rates. Also unhygienic bathrooms. Really disgusting.

Really good service from the faculty here. Sometimes for CBCs they give discounts if we have to do them frequently, that option is not there for most laboratories. Ample parking space is there. DDRC branches are located all around kerala and their tests are more or less accurate. They also have home blood collection services. Results are sent through mail if possible.

Worst lab i have ever gone....worst behaviour from the staff side .....once when I complained of severe pain while collecting the blood ... reply from the lab technicians was that it would be painful to everyone if pricked with a sharp needle....she was mocking at me....she was collecting blood very carelessly and her method was incorrect....she punctured my vein and left with a large contusion....very unhygienic lab ......being a doctor i asked her everything......she was not even bothered to reply me.....when I complained about her attitude and damage she caused to me in the reception....there was no much response from their side too ...not keeping quality in their reports as the lab charges they demand..... anyway haven't visited even once after the worst experience I had.....

Irresponsible team,,,, don't waste your time and money,,, find any other diagnostic centers...

Worst ever sevice from ultra sound scan department.that guy can't even do his scanning to a little kid.he thinks he is king of ultrasound scanning it seems.or I think they picked up someone from roadside for doing the task.such an unprofessional fellow he is.Dear management from which hell did u select these type of guys who doesn't even know have basic knowledge or passion for the job.i will never suggest them for any services ...

They will not send the mail properly we are going to there because 24*7 service but no use. Today I gone at 7 clock with my mother for normal checkup and I said I need the results @11clock , they said ok but still 12clock I not yet received any mail from there.I had call two times but no use
