I don't know ,how this shop got authorisation from one plus. They not even care to attend calls, and no response in what's app. The customer interaction is very poor.

I have given my one plus phone a month ago for display replacement. And they keep saying replacement display hasn't arrived. I have to call them more than 10 times a day before they answer to say- we will check and call you back in 5 min. And when I call them after 10 min, the phone is switched off. This happens on a regular basis. This is one of the worst customer service. They act as if all the pressure to handle corona and the problems associated are just affecting them. They can't even provide a ETA as to when my phone will be fixed.

Approached for complaint with my smartphone and they asked me to send it directly to the company even they are the authorised service centre for OnePlus.

Terrible Experience !! Go to Asian Choice or some other Mobile shop to fix your issue. Both the girls at the counter know nothing but you need to waste your time explaining the whole issue to them. They then go inside to talk to another folk who himself accepted that he knows nothing. The difference is that he wears a grey One plus T-shirt and has some generic replies that he has mugged up. Anything outside his syllabus and he will give his dumb smile.

Situated near thrissur round. Excellent service. Better to take booking First before visiting the service centre. I came here to replace the back mirror glass of my one plus seven. The price of parts is low when comparing with authorised service centre at ernakulam. They competed my replacement with in 4 hours.

X cell mobile shop is a good service centre of one plus mobile. I was very happy with the service they provided... I got a voucher due to the green line issue... within Four days I could buy a new mobile...

I came here when there was a green line issue for One plus products. They clearly processed the request and conveyed the request property. We had good service from them so far.

The staff is supportive, but service is taking time from 2 to 3 weeks.
