Experienced a silk dimension. Didn't expected that only silk sarees and dress can open a big Empire like these, a wonderful experience of seeing a a large variety of sarees all types of cloth material kanjivaram silk, jute, cotton etc. Bought a bunch of sarees for my family narees.

This pulimoottil silk is close to Thrissur round, and they have good space for parking. There is a wide variety of Branded shirts, sarees, and new arrival dress collections. Staff working here are very polite and give genuine suggestions on our selections. Ms. Shija, the Men's section Supervisor, is very helpful and supportive. Highly recommend.

By coincidence, we may come across a good assortment that suits our preferences. However, I have discovered that they have a large number of old party wear stocks that need to be replaced with newer fashion/styles. They also don't have a diverse choice of items in various pricing ranges.

It ok collection is ok.. but offer is valid only for few items which doesn't look good.If you want good clothes there is no discount. Dont go there believing their "upto 60%" advertising. That's a cheap Marketing idea!!

The staffs approach and behaviour can never be left unseen. They had good staffs who cater customer needs as per their choice and wants. They have 5 floors with different categories spread across the building. Parking available in front of the store as well as behind & underground of the store. No food courts available. Welcoming staffs needs to be more attentive. When we enter into the store, they were not attending the customers and busy with some other talks. We were little lost initially on where to go and then we have figured it out. Staffs were not so pleasing or welcoming. May be they are tired or exhausted on a Monday afternoon. We had to go and ask the directions based on our needs. Small interior furnishings were going on in the first floor. They have kept their Plywood sheets, Adhesives items unattended and careless. One small kid fell down stepping on to their construction items. They should have been more responsible in taking care of their customers.

I went there yesterday as I wanted to gift a material for my mother-in-law. I went there alone and in fact, it was very tough for me to purchase as it was really confusing. I shared my opinion to a sale staff there and went out empty handed. Then I went to another reputed showroom which is very close to this location. There they catogorized materials in apple pie order and anyone can purchase it very easily. I finished my purchase in 10 mins and went home.

The building is a high area building for the bridal sarees, more types of sarees, and other silk item cloths etc. Mainly wedding collections and party wares.

Parking is a concern. I found that collection is not that great compare to others. I went there to purchase some baby girl items and returns empty handed. Staff's behaviour and ambiance is satisfactory.

It has got a good Collection and range of clothing and their biggest plus point is their staff. They always interact with a smile, exudes warmth and is very patient. This makes up for the Parking woes that one might encounter during the Festive season.

We had a lovely shopping experience at Pulimoottil silks, Thrissur store. We had to do some wedding purchases. The overall ambience was very welcoming and pleasant. There was a wide variety of clothes and all the sales staff were very helpful. Must make a special mention about the sales team leader on the third floor in the men’s section. His name is Pradeep. He did a wonderful job. He was very helpful right from the start. He helped us with the selection and made the billing process simple. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what the customer is looking for. We visited the store twice last week and he was top notch on both occasions. We also happened to meet one of the owners on the shop floor. He was very down to earth and communicated with us about our shopping experience. Pulimoottil Silks has definitely been here in Thrissur for almost 12 yrs if not more. Hand in heart, i can say that each and every time we have been there, the shopping experience has always been pleasant. I went today after a really long gap of 3 years and could still have the same customer service. Kudos to the team. Great staff, always willing to help. Even in peak hours, you can get through shopping pretty quickly.

Collection is pretty good. The staff are very welcoming unless you're coming in for exchanging an item or returning something. So I'd say policy for customer retention isn't too good. Their loyalty point system is a pretty much useless. Even for big wedding purchases, they give neglegible discounts, converting points into discounts, which might seem attractive but isn't.

Grossly,the ambience,service,and ease are noteworthy.you get a lot of furnishing stuff there at unbelievably low rates.I had recently had a couple of cushion covers,table runners,aprons,table clothes etc.Now a sale is on.,but in reduction/discounted stuff,be careful as it can't be exchanged or returned.

I had gone into few shops but pulimootil had more varieties and a lot of friendly staff to guide us. Mid range clothes depends on what you choose .

Visited the place on 1st Jan 2022. Had a below average shopping experience. Most of the staff was very helpful and pleasant but one person dealing with mens undergarments was not too keen on entertaining customers.. Everytime you asked him to show you something he had a uncurt response and a disinterested expression. Another major issue was not availability of adequate lift facility..one lift was shut down and you had to wait ages to access the other one.I had accompanied my parents and it was tiring for them to keep on waiting on different floors to access one. Observed that most of the time, the lift was carrying staff up and down.🙄. All this while they are competing with another major cloth supermarket nearby.Hope management looks into these small matters.
