Very poor customer service. I bought one cycle from there and they offered one free service for the cycle. When i called them for service they told it took more than one week to do the service, that means for more than 7 days i need to wait for getting my cycle back after the service. Very bad experience. Only buy cycle from shops where you get good customer support and service.

Very bad service. Not a single Star is needed for this full business based 3rd rated showroom. They are only focused for selling bad cycles saying they provide good service and most qualified materials. They fooled us and even saying we or the customers are fools and cheap locals to their dealers and making a good impression in out side. Just search outside in Thrissur about cosmos sport in thrissur all have bad impression all these 5 stars and good reviews are people who in this business networks don't trust them

I conducted a pan Indian level event which was viewed by millions of people and I suffered huge losses because of your poor service and last minute cancelation of my order by your staff. I'm the founder of India's biggest automotive accessories brand and a race organizer. I've given this company an order for gib in light of a very big event that was coming up. At the eleventh hour, when everything else was ready, these people said they can't fulfill my order. The worst part is they did not even inform me, I had to contact them myself only for them to tell me the order can't be fullfilled. I understand there could be issues with order fulfillment but they had not even a bit of remorse or regret that they had to disappoint me right before the event for which I had ordered from them.  The lack of seriousness, the unprofessionalism.. it just makes me furious. I'm trying hard to find an alternative solution for my order, because of these people and their unorganized work ethic and unapologetic behavior. I thought they were a reputed brand and I've known cosmos for year, so I thought I could rely on them. But right before the big event, they gave me a nightmare. I'm never buying from here again and would not recommend it to others. Even if they can't fulfill an order on time, there is a proper way of talking to the customer about it. Again, terrible experience!

Not recommended..The Prices are High comparing to other Sports Shops. The sales person First says that if you take two Shoes then He will adjust the price, then we reached the Billing counter the billing person is saying that No discount, sales person is still there and he is not ready to talk..Bad experience

Best place to buy all sports related items and they have a good collections of cycles, trademill and other sports equipments.

Bad experience at the sales counter. The person who was assisting with the product walk-in was good but the one who was sitting at the sales counter was not friendly. It was almost going to be a deal but the ask for an image for the break down of INR 75K worth products was denied in a rude way. I understand the day will not be the same for everyone but I didn't see an attempt to get it fixed. Just reminding that “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him".

Good place for buying all sports related items specially cycles E bikes Trademills Fitness Equipments etc. Quality products available here.

I payed around 500 for my cycle service only thing they did is just oil the chains nothing more than that

Terrible after sales experience, would never visit again. Went to the store even after seeing many negative reviews recently as I was in a hurry, and I didn't have time to visit DECATHLON. Upgraded to speedo swimming shorts from the non-branded one i was using. 3 days of strictly using it in only in the pool, the material got some holes in it. Believing the salesperson who had said "Enthu undenkilum engottu kondu vanna mathi" I took it back to the store and they blamed me for it and finally to get rid of me they took some photos of it and said they will contact me. After getting no response from them I called them back and they blamed it again on me. I then contacted their customer service team by phone and mail and also the relation manager and got no response. I further mailed the director who apologized and said it would be resolved by the end of the day. Shockingly, the resolution was they would give me a discount for the next purchase as if I would make another purchase from this store. I am now questioning the authenticity and quality of the product being sold. I had bought 2 other items which I guess will have to be replaced soon.

Very bad service. Bought a foosball table that handles are broken within 5 minutes of use. Did not get a proper response after several follow ups. Not recommended.

If you're looking for a cycle, exercise equipments then this is the right place biggest selection in Thrissur. Cost of accessories is little high. For all other sports items I would recommend decathlon. It has way more stock.

Good Quality Products With Nice Customer care.

I had a very bad experience. Bought a swimming goggles for my kid, they did aggressive marketing talking about good quality and vacuum around the eyes so water droplets don't form on the inner part, It is very expensive (899)as compared to the normal we have been using since few years .After 3uses the string broke and vacuum seems not effective and when I went to return, the store manager was rude and made us we for a long time,pretending he was calling the vendor, I am sure he didn't make any call or any attempt to resolve the issue. The goggles we bought for 200-300rs still works and no strings broken Never again to Cosmos

Visited the shop to buy cricket bat & accessories. Not many collection and items were expensive too. I'll avoid for next time.
