Don't go here if you're a foreigner residing in Vietnam or hope to use any kind of insurance. Unfortunately the admin side of the 'international clinic' is a joke and should be avoided at all costs. They claim to have 'direct billing' but this is not the case and will ask you for arbitrary amounts of money upfront even when all other hospitals accept direct billing through your insurance. I have reported the hospital to the insurance company so hopefully they can consider taking it off their direct billing list, so that others don't have to waste time going here.

Supposedly one of the best public hospitals in Vietnam. I am surprised that they have their own app that actually works and I made an appointment on that. At the hospital, they have super fast free WiFi and that is around 100+Mbps for download and upload, so you can comfortably spend your waiting time watching YouTube. It still feels a bit chaotic as you would expect with any public hospitals in Vietnam, but this is probably one of the best ones.

The worst experience. This place does not care about there patients. They care about the quantity, and not the quality. It is a factory, making money clinic. The attendants tends to yell at patients, and the doctors gives you less then 2 minutes of their time. Be warn.

Only for regular health check is good. Hospitalize? They will choose patients with good case that they can easily treat and take money. They are all grade I general hospitals but this hospital won’t take the patient while others will accept, only because that is a severe case they don’t want to take risk. Shame with the name. P/s: most of public hospitals in Hcmc know how they work and hate when they try to shift patients to them.

This hospital is a BIG JOKE. DO NOT COME HERE. Came to the Neuroimmunology of doctor Dinh Huynh To Huong . The nurse call whatever number they want or they like. A lot of patients with bigger number saw the doctor before Me although my number is 4. Don’t let the enormous and modern appearance of this hospital cheat you. DO NOT COME HERE or you have to suffer the beaucracy. Slow and bad service.

Mid 2022 I was having severe angina and high blood pressure. A local doctor told me to get on the next flight to Saigon and go to this hospital. I was admitted and after an MRI, I got two heart stents over the next few days. I've been going back every 3 months for follow-up through the International office. I have no other experience with medical emergencies for comparison but the staff here were skilled and saved my life. I am forever grateful and the cost was less than 10% of similar charges in the US.

Great hospital for foreigners, they can speak English with you, doctors and assistants are really professional. The hospital is clean and I felt save there.

If you're a foreigner, don't even bother coming here. Their process diagnostic papers on hand to see the doctors and if you don't have them, you'll be on an expensive goose chase around the whole facility waiting on it all. We arrived at approximately 2 AM and left at around 4 PM to give you an example of the wait. Once you go to the nicer areas, it's air conditioned, so there's that. Also there are water fountains that dispense cold, water, and hot water which is cool. There's barely any semblance of a triage system or lines as Viets are terrible at waiting in line and when they see someone get in line before them, even if it's needed. So there's just a number system instead. You go to the target room and wait for your number to show up in that room. But that docs here are pretty good with a lot of the practices you might see Western docs do, at least the good ones do it.

The concept of Twin Flames, it both tortures & heals me at the same time. The number 22, it contains a lot of meanings for me, it shows the yin-yang sign and unbreakable bonds between 2 souls. Too many people, too much waiting time, feel more like a factory than a hospital. feel like you're in a middle of a Epidemic standing in the hall. Service is so so.

I read many comments about this hospital and there are similar comments regarding the impolite treatment here to patients. I would like to share my personal experience here and i have been a long time customer of this hospital. The hospital attitude to patient becomes so worsening now. The fee is not cheap however the customer service here is degrading. I suggest you choose an international hospital with proper customer service and care. The nurse here can dare to speak impolitely to the patient who is not clearly in good heath condition. My mother has been treated here and got admission here multiple times but i notice worsening attitude here. Additionally , the guards are not well educated and used very bad words regards to patient such as: the patient is motionless on the bed.

After having gone to multiple clinics and “foreigner” hospitals I found the quality of care and staff to be the best here. It’s not the easiest to navigate as an English speaker, but getting appointment and service was quick and easy enough. Also, because it’s a proper hospital they have much better drug inventory and testing capabilities than the smaller clinics.

I’ve never seen any hospitals in Vietnam like this one location. They made a schedule for me at 7:10 AM, but have been waiting for more 9 hours without water, foods and no calls. Not recommended for foreigner.

The worst service ever. I was hospitalized here and was given a qr code after going home to access my medical record but it doesn't work, they also refused to print the film for me. I contacted them many times to fix the link because I need it in urgent but they requested me to go to the hospital by myself then they will proceed even when I'm still sick and cannot go. They also ask me why do I want to see the film??

It 's too crowd. I need to wait for long time. Staff ask 500.000 vnd without bill

Had to get some stitches removed and the other hospital was still closed (tet) so went here. Only the cap cuu (emergency) was open because of tet and there was some language barrier / miscommunication, but all good in the end. The main thing is that the doctors are friendly and competent. Thank you !!

worst hospital along with the worst experience that I have ever had. I have already have an appointment (actually an re-examination) with phD Tran Ngoc Khanh Nam at around 9.30AM (27/01/2024). Then I have to wait for almost 2hours without any check-up. The most stricken thing is although I have already been there and waited for hours but the staffs still prefer the one who even come later. And lastly I have to have my dermatology re(experience at dermatology department at UMCH)
