7/6 @ 7pm… when we asked if they could please make sure the sauces were in the bag a lady in the back yelled “we’re *ucking working on it!” Oh, and these are our “large”fries…

Good services and fast serves. Standard Mac Donalds like the another restaurant. Easy parking. Recommended.

First of all this restaurant is consistent and they put out quality McDonald’s. I had to come on here and leave a review. I placed an online order and it was smooth to order and easy to pick up through the drive through. I ordered a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce and extra pickles. Let me tell you! Who ever made this sandwich, ummm I wanna marry you! Seriously the best Big Mac I have had in a while. Thank you for being an awesome McDonald’s just down the rd from me that when I want some McDonald’s food, I will get quality and delicious food. I appreciate that. I know this pic does not do the sandwich justice but it was an outstanding Big Mac! Also Shannon has always been a joy to see and the other employees are awesome as well. Great store!

I had the worst experience there I ordered 4 mcdoubles 2 with no pickle no onions and 2 mcchickens well the mcchickens were old and kinda hard and the topper of it all is my first mcdouble had onions on the bottom of the burger and the rapper said it was a no pickle and no onion and I figured mistakes happen but then my second mcdouble had the cheese coated in onions and the worst part is it was in between the two Patty's not on top like normal or even bottom I called and asked about what time the gm would be there and the lead was like I am not sure.... um I feel he was lieing he took my name and said I could have a refund and or another meal I'm not sure I like the idea of them doing it again considering it was 100% intentionally done... wow grandmound McDonald's that's not ok and I'm just glad I'm not allergic to onions....

Food was made fresh and hot, which this location is great at doing, but I requested light mayo and got a glob of it instead. Inedible in my opinion with this much mayo on it.

Ran in ordered and used the facilities and wated maybe 2min and my oder was ready for dinner for 4 and hit the road. I don't generally eat at McDonald's but this time I went with chicken sandwiches and nuggets for the little ones and it was good. Hit the spot thank you for the on the road grub!

The food is average McDonald's food, low quality, but edible and if it's fresh(not this time) it tastes pretty good. Service though is Horrible, not a single smile or greeting, just will you be using the app, and then when we were looking at the menu, every 15-20 seconds they would ask us if we needed help, when we repeatedly told them NO we need minute. Avoid this restaurant if you want to have a good experience and good food. Go to BK across the light, they always give good service and food.

Curb side order through the app was VERY quick, everything was as ordered. The French fry length were medium to small, which kind of made it difficult to eat while on the road

I’d like to start off by saying I hate McDonald’s food. Atrocious… but omg their breakfast food is a weakness of mine. Only time I’ll buy anything there, it’s gotta be them English muffins, and a hash brown. Plus affordable yummy coffee. That new steak breakfast sandwich, hell yeah McDonald’s… hell yeah

For a McDonald's, the one in Ocean Shores has the BEST STAFF & MANAGEMENT out of all locations in Washington State 👏 👍 😀 👌 🙌 And they make a great Americano!

This place has been incredibly disorganized lately. Maybe it’s a temporary staffing problem? But it shouldn’t take 45 m to get my food, especially since I pre ordered on the app.

Zero customer service ZERO!!! The employees are lazy and incompetent!! Spend your time & money on real quality food elsewhere because it’s cheaper & better than the garbage they serve and you won’t get treated like a second rate person.

You're typical mcdonalds. It was fast service so I can't complain. Some are worst than others ...this one was above avg

Order taker busy doing something else when taking our Order we had to keep repeating ourselves. And the gal at window handing out orders was not friendly. When we told her that was the wrong drink she looked upset that she had to get the right one

Very nice. They were nice to me even though I messed up and said I wanted my online order through the drivethrough but came inside instead. Food is never lazily thrown together and they never get my order wrong. Best mcdonalds in the area including Centralia in my opinion.
