Very good burger. The patty was the perfect ratio of thickness and diameter cooked just right. Clearly hand made and well seasoned. Avocado was perfect. Mushrooms were also above average, fat slices cooked perfectly. In fact, all condiments were fresh and tasty. A large portion of very good fries that are clearly hand cut. They have a special seasoning which I found delicious but a little heavy handed. The onion rings were a little greasy, but would definitely give them another shot since they appeared home made and not out of a frozen bag like almost every other fast food place. The decor was fun and unique which is something I think many places no longer put enough effort into. The bathrooms were clean and well decorated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I love to try small burger joints all across the country and this one I will look forward to visiting again. Thank you and keep up the good work Burger Claim!

Great service, decent taste and portion sizes. Food was def fresh and steaming hot! I would say compared to what I would consider an amazing burger this would be slightly better than avg. They also offered a 10% military discount and the sports on tv with the rock on the radio was a nice touch. Overall good lil spot to hit up after swimming at the Lodge next door.

Delicious burgers. We got the cheeseburger and the teriyaki burger. Both were great! Our daughter got the little miners cheeseburger, which she enjoyed. And the ice cream it came with it was good too. The tater tots and onion rings were so crispy and yummy. We walked over from the great wolf lodge as the prices here are more reasonable than in there. Plus, the quality was better.

Meh. It's an okay burger joint. The taste is an average burger, definitely not worth 9 bucks for a cheese burger when you don't have a choice I guess it's okay. I waited a while because another order ahead of me took forever to make. I think it would have been better to take my order and have me wait then tell me they'll be with me , while I waited at least 15 minutes, then take my order and have me wait another 8 minutes. And how does a cheese burger not have ketchup.. kinda odd. The fries were not crispy either. Kinda thick and soggy.

I got their spicy burger. Food was great and service was fast and hospitable. The main complaint is the cost. It is rather high ($20 for just a double burger)

First you pay, then seat yourselves. The lady at the register was super nice and patient. This place has a lot of options! For burgers they had 2 of my absolute favorites, that being mushroom and breakfast burger, so from the start I was destined to pick one of those. I opted for the mushroom burger and they did not skimp on the mushrooms. I’d like to come back though because there are a lot of unique options, much more than your typical “cheeseburger” or “bacon cheeseburger” type menu. They have their own fry sauce called “miner” sauce that I bathed the French fries in. We spent $43.87 for a salad (which was tasty) a burger with fries, and a kids meal with fries.

Short walk across the parking lot from Great Wolf Lodge. Our whole group (toddler, young kids, tween, teen and adults) found something they liked on the menu. Food was great, tasted fresh, burgers were flavorful and fries done perfectly, portions satisfying. The kids meal is a great value at around $10 - plenty of real food, drink and ice cream cone. Roomy booths easily accommodated our group of 6.

I thought this place was gonna be really good based on the looks/name and atmosphere. It just seemed like a good burger place. Sadly, it's likely not a place I'll be back to. If I'm at GWL, I probably wouldn't go here. I got the peanut butter bacon burger with onion rings. I did not like the batter they use, the burger was just ok. The wifey got a fish sandwich and also ehhh. My kiddo got a hotdog, which was actually pretty good. The milkshakes were pretty good too. I would come back for one of those. 🤣 I say come try it for yourself and see if your taste buds are better than mine.
