This is a PRIVATE park; went here today and didn't know that. You can only enter if you know someone who has property here (or they accompany you). Beautiful place, wish we could have stayed (but understand their privacy)

Beautiful place but private and only for members of the CBHA. Don't come here unless your with friends who live in the neighborhood or you may get in trouble.

Carlyon Beach and Marina is a superb private park. You must be a guest or lot owner to access. The beach ranges from sand to pebbles. Seals play in the water, crabs and other critters on the beach. There is a play structure, swings, a club house, basketball court and community garden. We love spending time here.

This is a private park, only accessible to people who live on site and their guests, but it's a beautiful place to get together.
